			 Building</header>
			<subsection id="idD34F9140E68F4620BA8DC66C2D1FC894"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Designation</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Administrator of General Services shall
			 ensure that the Federal building located at McKinley Avenue and Third Street,
			 S.W., Canton, Ohio, is known and designated as the <quote>Ralph Regula Federal
			 Building</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="idF90C9A1E755B4BA384C61E9870BB3A21"><enum>(b)</enum><header>References</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Any reference in a law, map, regulation,
			 document, paper, or other record of the United States to the Federal building
			 referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the
			 <quote>Ralph Regula Federal Building</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="idB2E6EB72A5914134AB71B5A54AAB3B72"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text>This Act shall take effect on January 6, 2009.</text>
