		<official-title>To amend chapter 63 of title 5, United States Code, to
		  modify the rate of accrual of annual leave for administrative law judges,
		  contract appeals board members, and immigration judges.</official-title>

		<section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Accrual rate of annual leave
			 for administrative law judges, contract appeals board members, and immigration
			 judges</header>
			<subsection id="idB3DA257A6EC64093B319D91AB23F9A02"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 General</header><text>Section 6303 of title 5, United States Code, is amended
			 by striking subsection (f) and inserting the following:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id96E11BD6B6D44AA8B423C0FAFA5959B7" style="OLC">
					<subsection id="id998432C84D9E4360A0F64382FBF8F940"><enum>(f)</enum><text>Notwithstanding
				any other provision of this section, the rate of accrual of annual leave under
				subsection (a) shall be 1 day for each full biweekly pay period in the case of
				any employee who—</text>
						<paragraph id="idBBBA588AA0574260971B7189B0BF58FE"><enum>(1)</enum><text>holds a position
				which is subject to—</text>
							<subparagraph id="id6CCA78112C0A4CF29378C6C6A9140D8B"><enum>(A)</enum><text>section 5372,
				5372a, 5376, or 5383; or</text>
							</subparagraph><subparagraph id="idC016CB26CD7B49508584B74A0CC8F88B"><enum>(B)</enum><text>a pay system
				equivalent to a pay system to which any provision under paragraph (1) applies,
				as determined by the Office of Personnel Management; or</text>
							</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="idBFBC7D79C67A4B34BF158687E855C28D"><enum>(2)</enum><text>is an immigration
				judge as defined under section 101(b)(4) of the Immigration and Nationality Act
				(8 U.S.C.
				1101(b)(4)).</text>
						</paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</subsection><subsection id="id526775A96941461AA43FCC43543F07DD"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 Date</header><text>The amendment made by this section shall take effect on the
			 first day of the first applicable pay period beginning on or after 30 days
			 after the date of enactment of this Act.</text>
