			<paragraph id="H587B16DCCD814B449FB02D0071EDDBFF"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Agreement</header><text>The
			 term <quote>United States-India Agreement for Cooperation on Peaceful Uses of
			 Nuclear Energy</quote> or <quote>Agreement</quote> means the Agreement for
			 Cooperation Between the Government of the United States of America and the
			 Government of India Concerning Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy that was
			 transmitted to Congress by the President on September 10, 2008.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H2DFE0700F66340BF8E50B49F7CD9F900"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Appropriate
			 congressional committees</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The
			 term <quote>appropriate congressional committees</quote> means the Committee on
			 Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Foreign
			 Relations of the Senate.</text>
			</paragraph></section><title id="HE5269F1F009740B589174044B320FC78"><enum>I</enum><header>Approval of United
			 States-India Agreement for Cooperation on Peaceful Uses of Nuclear
			 Energy</header>
			<section id="H0FE18C4872B448EB9D184700B4A1C76E"><enum>101.</enum><header>Approval of
			 Agreement</header>
				<subsection id="H2D3CDFA678B54E7489E3B01CD15D8B00"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding the
			 provisions for congressional consideration and approval of a proposed agreement
			 for cooperation in section 123 b. and d. of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (42
			 U.S.C. 2153 (b) and (d)), Congress hereby approves the United States-India
			 Agreement for Cooperation on Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy, subject to
			 subsection (b).</text>
				</subsection><subsection commented="no" id="H18623DA64DDB41D100BC6B4D7613D11D"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Applicability of
			 atomic energy act of 1954, hyde act, and other provisions of law</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Agreement shall be subject to the
			 provisions of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (42 U.S.C. 2011 et seq.), the Henry
			 J. Hyde United States-India Peaceful Atomic Energy Cooperation Act of 2006 (22
			 U.S.C. 8001 et. seq; Public Law 109–401), and any other applicable United
			 States law as if the Agreement had been approved pursuant to the provisions for
			 congressional consideration and approval of a proposed agreement for
			 cooperation in section 123 b. and d. of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954.</text>
				</subsection><subsection commented="no" id="H3D3142CDDC974901802E82002C1E73C2"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Sunset of
			 exemption authority under hyde act</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 104(f) of the Henry J. Hyde United
			 States-India Peaceful Atomic Energy Cooperation Act of 2006 (22 U.S.C. 8003(f))
			 is amended by striking <quote>the enactment of</quote> and all that follows
			 through <quote>agreement</quote> and inserting <quote>the date of the enactment
			 of the United States-India Nuclear Cooperation Approval and Nonproliferation
			 Enhancement Act</quote>.</text>
				</subsection></section><section id="H9135188722044960A29B03A5C5792F9"><enum>102.</enum><header>Declarations of
			 policy; certification requirement; rule of construction</header>
				<subsection commented="no" id="H85BD37AC4C8140D0BCAB2300C49FD9CD"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Declarations of
			 policy relating to meaning and legal effect of agreement</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Congress declares that it is the
			 understanding of the United States that the provisions of the United
			 States-India Agreement for Cooperation on Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy have
			 the meanings conveyed in the authoritative representations provided by the
			 President and his representatives to the Congress and its committees prior to
			 September 20, 2008, regarding the meaning and legal effect of the
			 Agreement.</text>
				</subsection><subsection id="HDA973C81E42544488D06E6B01B49A4E"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Declarations of
			 policy relating to transfer of nuclear equipment, materials, and technology to
			 india</header><text>Congress makes the following declarations of policy:</text>
					<paragraph id="H2813CF96424D42BBA5204C852423944E"><enum>(1)</enum><text>Pursuant to
			 section 103(a)(6) of the Henry J. Hyde United States-India Peaceful Atomic
			 Energy Cooperation Act of 2006 (22 U.S.C. 8002(a)(6)), in the event that
			 nuclear transfers to India are suspended or terminated pursuant to title I of
			 such Act (22 U.S.C. 8001 et seq.), the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (42 U.S.C.
			 2011 et seq.), or any other United States law, it is the policy of the United
			 States to seek to prevent the transfer to India of nuclear equipment,
			 materials, or technology from other participating governments in the Nuclear
			 Suppliers Group (NSG) or from any other source.</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="H4AEACB9AA00643FD93C8EBE200DA5FD"><enum>(2)</enum><text>Pursuant to section
			 103(b)(10) of the Henry J. Hyde United States-India Peaceful Atomic Energy
			 Cooperation Act of 2006 (22 U.S.C. 8002(b)(10)), any nuclear power reactor fuel
			 reserve provided to the Government of India for use in safeguarded civilian
			 nuclear facilities should be commensurate with reasonable reactor operating
			 requirements.</text>
					</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HFB28C3E959764181829FE65C9F1FFF64"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Certification
			 requirement</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Before exchanging
			 diplomatic notes pursuant to Article 16(1) of the Agreement, the President
			 shall certify to Congress that entry into force and implementation of the
			 Agreement pursuant to its terms is consistent with the obligation of the United
			 States under the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, done at
			 Washington, London, and Moscow July 1, 1968, and entered into force March 5,
			 1970 (commonly known as the <quote>Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty</quote>),
			 not in any way to assist, encourage, or induce India to manufacture or
			 otherwise acquire nuclear weapons or other nuclear explosive devices.</text>
				</subsection><subsection id="HEE2A09862D564E50A1C48D3843D0C556"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Rule of
			 construction</header><text>Nothing in the Agreement shall be construed to
			 supersede the legal requirements of the Henry J. Hyde United States-India
			 Peaceful Atomic Energy Cooperation Act of 2006 or the Atomic Energy Act of
			 1954.</text>
				</subsection></section><section id="H266BB5DA77F14ACC9CA5BA7CBC7676"><enum>103.</enum><header>Additional
			 Protocol between India and the IAEA</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Congress urges the Government of India to
			 sign and adhere to an Additional Protocol with the International Atomic Energy
			 Agency (IAEA), consistent with IAEA principles, practices, and policies, at the
			 earliest possible date.</text>
			</section><section id="HD8C50DEA8A19459F9E61FF9229F3F4EB"><enum>104.</enum><header>Implementation
			 of Safeguards Agreement between India and the IAEA</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Licenses
			 may be issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission for transfers pursuant to
			 the Agreement only after the President determines and certifies to Congress
			 that—</text>
				<paragraph id="H248591CCA65D4F1F9B216E163CB35D9B"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the Agreement
			 Between the Government of India and the International Atomic Energy Agency for
			 the Application of Safeguards to Civilian Nuclear Facilities, as approved by
			 the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency on August 1,
			 2008 (the <quote>Safeguards Agreement</quote>), has entered into force;
			 and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H525EAE1C2AD94EA2ACD597AAB7718676"><enum>(2)</enum><text>the Government of
			 India has filed a declaration of facilities pursuant to paragraph 13 of the
			 Safeguards Agreement that is not materially inconsistent with the facilities
			 and schedule described in paragraph 14 of the separation plan presented in the
			 national parliament of India on May 11, 2006, taking into account the later
			 initiation of safeguards than was anticipated in the separation plan.</text>
				</paragraph></section><section id="H5E69F85A208748A085BFAA2623F5F806"><enum>105.</enum><header>Modified
			 reporting to Congress</header>
				<subsection id="id03A307B9B20342BBA709D77F94972868"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Information on
			 nuclear activities of India</header><text>Subsection (g)(1) of section 104 of
			 the Henry J. Hyde United States-India Peaceful Atomic Energy Cooperation Act of
			 2006 (22 U.S.C. 8003) is amended—</text>
					<paragraph id="id8B5E4560ACFB44EFA3CB143E003CA74A"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by redesignating
			 subparagraphs (B), (C), and (D) as subparagraphs (C), (D), and (E),
			 respectively; and</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="id260574B9E22745C8B99DCE8A1B167521"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by inserting
			 after subparagraph (A) the following new subparagraph:</text>
						<quoted-block act-name="" id="idE504996A14A147DF98601954657A10E9" style="OLC">
							<subparagraph id="idE75A0645564D4458A6264A36B0254BFF"><enum>(B)</enum><text>any material
				inconsistencies between the content or timeliness of notifications by the
				Government of India pursuant to paragraph 14(a) of the Safeguards Agreement and
				the facilities and schedule described in paragraph (14) of the separation plan
				presented in the national parliament of India on May 11, 2006, taking into
				account the later initiation of safeguards than was anticipated in the
				separation
				plan;</text>
							</subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
					</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="idBDCDD78C09C5451E980F400EBC145C95"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Implementation
			 and compliance report</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subsection (g)(2) of such section is
			 amended—</text>
					<paragraph id="H73B2B798804D4C848292DD567C8EF600"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subparagraph
			 (K)(iv), by striking <quote>and</quote> at the end;</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="H96356E8894DF4D1FAA134E629C8EE485"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subparagraph
			 (L), by striking the period at the end and inserting <quote>; and</quote>;
			 and</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="H0DDE6CC70ABE44C2ADD813989D8473FE"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by adding at the
			 end the following new subparagraph:</text>
						<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H162FE788A50D4FB88EBB4D8F66159FEA" style="OLC">
							<subparagraph id="HAAB619C120D44A3D9FD89FD49D185B06"><enum>(M)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">with respect to the United States-India
				Agreement for Cooperation on Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy (hereinafter in
				this subparagraph referred to as the <quote>Agreement</quote>) approved under
				section 101(a) of the United States-India Nuclear Cooperation Approval and
				Nonproliferation Enhancement Act—</text>
								<clause id="H4778EC49E6BF4028BB70C39B6119DFB5"><enum>(i)</enum><text>a
				listing of—</text>
									<subclause id="H7908883B023A4B05A022568718A9FD76"><enum>(I)</enum><text>all provision of
				sensitive nuclear technology to India, and other such information as may be so
				designated by the United States or India under Article 1(Q); and</text>
									</subclause><subclause id="H4E99CEB3DE2A41408149113978CCAEDA"><enum>(II)</enum><text>all facilities in
				India notified pursuant to Article 7(1) of the Agreement;</text>
									</subclause></clause><clause id="HDCA1E99F594247448B00E4A5138B576B"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>a
				description of—</text>
									<subclause id="H28347FFB46A24CB296BC69319590061"><enum>(I)</enum><text>any agreed
				safeguards or any other form of verification for by-product material decided by
				mutual agreement pursuant to the terms of Article 1(A) of the Agreement;</text>
									</subclause><subclause id="HB0DEDD3DAA1D47B78C410549994FF389"><enum>(II)</enum><text>research and
				development undertaken in such areas as may be agreed between the United States
				and India as detailed in Article 2(2)(a.) of the Agreement;</text>
									</subclause><subclause id="HFA2B8E70760F44B6B640BBF9A55927C0"><enum>(III)</enum><text>the civil
				nuclear cooperation activities undertaken under Article 2(2)(d.) of the
				Agreement;</text>
									</subclause><subclause id="H2F5227F830954E1585179CBAA2877550"><enum>(IV)</enum><text>any United States
				efforts to help India develop a strategic reserve of nuclear fuel as called for
				in Article 2(2)(e.) of the Agreement;</text>
									</subclause><subclause id="H0B279ABC181A425EB9B27C76F097D57"><enum>(V)</enum><text>any United States
				efforts to fulfill political commitments made in Article 5(6) of the
				Agreement;</text>
									</subclause><subclause id="H175CC77C249B4FB989063FB6F6AA0A8"><enum>(VI)</enum><text>any negotiations
				that have occurred or are ongoing under Article 6(iii.) of the Agreement;
				and</text>
									</subclause><subclause id="H41D0DBE26E9046698C1676DE7DD58887"><enum>(VII)</enum><text>any transfers
				beyond the territorial jurisdiction of India pursuant to Article 7(2) of the
				Agreement, including a listing of the receiving country of each such
				transfer;</text>
									</subclause></clause><clause id="H26803A890B7C47C19EE37E24F8C9DCD9"><enum>(iii)</enum><text>an analysis
				of—</text>
									<subclause id="HCEC9EE89AC0C4081AEC307FD75184400"><enum>(I)</enum><text>any instances in
				which the United States or India requested consultations arising from concerns
				over compliance with the provisions of Article 7(1) of the Agreement, and the
				results of such consultations; and</text>
									</subclause><subclause id="HA33BBEB216924BF2A42F43D44431F0D0"><enum>(II)</enum><text>any matters not
				otherwise identified in this report that have become the subject of
				consultations pursuant to Article 13(2) of the Agreement, and a statement as to
				whether such matters were resolved by the end of the reporting period;
				and</text>
									</subclause></clause><clause id="H3D9751104A59452DADEE80225CD9FEA"><enum>(iv)</enum><text>a
				statement as to whether—</text>
									<subclause id="H8B79C44A36584F4FBEDC893938C3E4E1"><enum>(I)</enum><text>any consultations
				are expected to occur under Article 16(5) of the Agreement; and</text>
									</subclause><subclause id="H5BBAFE62408A449BB89BDAC831CCE2E7"><enum>(II)</enum><text>any enrichment is
				being carried out pursuant to Article 6 of the
				Agreement.</text>
									</subclause></clause></subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
					</paragraph></subsection></section></title><title id="H2D8169F32D0647E882779F70524F50EA"><enum>II</enum><header>Strengthening
			 United States nonproliferation law relating to peaceful nuclear
			 cooperation</header>
			<section commented="no" id="H0454E099152E41C2A308C3216FF76E6B"><enum>201.</enum><header>Procedures
			 regarding a subsequent arrangement on reprocessing</header>
				<subsection commented="no" id="HF02788AE6C3341F688BA1F3016B52237"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding
			 section 131 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (42 U.S.C. 2160), no proposed
			 subsequent arrangement concerning arrangements and procedures regarding
			 reprocessing or other alteration in form or content, as provided for in Article
			 6 of the Agreement, shall take effect until the requirements specified in
			 subsection (b) are met.</text>
				</subsection><subsection commented="no" id="H5164AA1C999D444B9139483052A8B93B"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Requirements</header><text>The
			 requirements referred to in subsection (a) are the following:</text>
					<paragraph commented="no" id="H4D950A12750B422FACB3F7598CD02D28"><enum>(1)</enum><text>The President
			 transmits to the appropriate congressional committees a report
			 containing—</text>
						<subparagraph commented="no" id="H5579EA879A204BE589BA94947402FD3D"><enum>(A)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">the reasons for entering into such proposed
			 subsequent arrangement;</text>
						</subparagraph><subparagraph commented="no" id="HB45F35E0064945DB9263941EFBA8D2F6"><enum>(B)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">a detailed description, including the text,
			 of such proposed subsequent arrangement; and</text>
						</subparagraph><subparagraph commented="no" id="HF35F98A0899B4700B9ABC25C31A2D3BA"><enum>(C)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">a certification that the United States will
			 pursue efforts to ensure that any other nation that permits India to reprocess
			 or otherwise alter in form or content nuclear material that the nation has
			 transferred to India or nuclear material and by-product material used in or
			 produced through the use of nuclear material, non-nuclear material, or
			 equipment that it has transferred to India requires India to do so under
			 similar arrangements and procedures.</text>
						</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" id="H098A7069C38740D6804D4B5E201DF212"><enum>(2)</enum><text>A period of 30
			 days of continuous session (as defined by section 130 g.(2) of the Atomic
			 Energy Act of 1954 (42 U.S.C. 2159 (g)(2)) has elapsed after transmittal of the
			 report required under paragraph (1).</text>
					</paragraph></subsection><subsection commented="no" id="idDEAA8D3C301C4D9EBF7CD232204232CC"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Resolution of
			 disapproval</header><text>Notwithstanding the requirements in subsection (b)
			 having been met, a subsequent arrangement referred to in subsection (a) shall
			 not become effective if during the time specified in subsection (b)(2),
			 Congress adopts, and there is enacted, a joint resolution stating in substance
			 that Congress does not favor such subsequent arrangement. Any such resolution
			 shall be considered pursuant to the procedures set forth in section 130 i. of
			 the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (42 U.S.C. 2159 (i)), as amended by section 205
			 of this Act.</text>
				</subsection></section><section id="HB497B6E059EA4CE2AA2E7D9002BB4B02"><enum>202.</enum><header>Initiatives and
			 negotiations relating to agreements for peaceful nuclear
			 cooperation</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 123 of the
			 Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (42 U.S.C. 2153) is amended by adding at the end the
			 following:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H6BE857BBF4DC43168E70F80937F8C8AC" style="OLC">
					<subsection id="H83E016F267F7403EB14BB021DA95A98C" indent="down2"><enum>e.</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The President shall keep the Committee on
				Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Foreign
				Relations of the Senate fully and currently informed of any initiative or
				negotiations relating to a new or amended agreement for peaceful nuclear
				cooperation pursuant to this section (except an agreement arranged pursuant to
				section 91 c., 144 b., 144 c., or 144 d., or an amendment
				thereto).</text>
					</subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</section><section commented="no" id="HE3F72F63BFC74A3889A6EAF3ED00168E"><enum>203.</enum><header>Actions
			 required for resumption of peaceful nuclear cooperation</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 129 a. of the Atomic Energy Act of
			 1954 (42 U.S.C. 2158 (a)) is amended by striking <quote>Congress adopts a
			 concurrent resolution</quote> and inserting <quote>Congress adopts, and there
			 is enacted, a joint resolution</quote>.</text>
			</section><section id="H5631DB0D49F542BAB9E6B85575949735"><enum>204.</enum><header>United States
			 Government policy at the Nuclear Suppliers Group to strengthen the
			 international nuclear nonproliferation regime</header>
				<subsection id="H40C520CD01B1449C8841D109AFB2D8E"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Certification</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Before exchanging diplomatic notes pursuant
			 to Article 16(1) of the Agreement, the President shall certify to the
			 appropriate congressional committees that it is the policy of the United States
			 to work with members of the Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG), individually and
			 collectively, to agree to further restrict the transfers of equipment and
			 technology related to the enrichment of uranium and reprocessing of spent
			 nuclear fuel.</text>
				</subsection><subsection id="H900C7CF033FB4220B52E0882E214ED33"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Peaceful use
			 assurances for certain by-product material</header><text>The President shall
			 seek to achieve, by the earliest possible date, either within the NSG or with
			 relevant NSG Participating Governments, the adoption of principles, reporting,
			 and exchanges of information as may be appropriate to assure peaceful use and
			 accounting of by-product material in a manner that is substantially equivalent
			 to the relevant provisions of the Agreement.</text>
				</subsection><subsection id="HB6EFBB02DADB41FFAC4DC819A2C05BD0"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Report</header>
					<paragraph commented="no" id="H190638F6017C4F04A6D97DAAAF9888D4"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than six
			 months after the date of the enactment of this Act, and every six months
			 thereafter, the President shall transmit to the appropriate congressional
			 committees a report on efforts by the United States pursuant to subsections (a)
			 and (b).</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="H73002C2180F54D6AAF40746979D9A3A5"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Termination</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The requirement to transmit the report
			 under paragraph (1) terminates on the date on which the President transmits a
			 report pursuant to such paragraph stating that the objectives in subsections
			 (a) and (b) have been achieved.</text>
					</paragraph></subsection></section><section id="H0EF8D74DB9DE4220A0C1DED3E5D4BE4E"><enum>205.</enum><header>Conforming
			 amendments</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 130 i. of
			 the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (42 U.S.C. 2159 (i)) is amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="id2BF70730A89D462C9D992E313172DFED"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in paragraph (1),
			 by striking <quote>means a joint resolution</quote> and all that follows
			 through <quote>, with the date</quote> and inserting the
			 following:</text>
					<quoted-block display-inline="yes-display-inline" id="H05FD63641F574F61ADEFBCC2109703C" style="OLC">
						<text>means—</text><paragraph id="H4624EA61582E43EFA1BB00EFE6722950"><enum>(A)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">for an agreement for cooperation pursuant
				to section 123 of this Act, a joint resolution, the matter after the resolving
				clause of which is as follows: <quote>That the Congress (does or does not)
				favor the proposed agreement for cooperation transmitted to the Congress by the
				President on _____ .</quote>,</text>
						</paragraph><paragraph id="H97F2F46173B7409D89E06F1182AA7D77"><enum>(B)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">for a determination under section 129 of
				this Act, a joint resolution, the matter after the resolving clause of which is
				as follows: <quote>That the Congress does not favor the determination
				transmitted to the Congress by the President on _____ .</quote>, or</text>
						</paragraph><paragraph id="H11F260D3A2A74352BC13E823C07F438F"><enum>(C)</enum><text>for a subsequent
				arrangement under section 201 of the United States-India Nuclear Cooperation
				Approval and Nonproliferation Enhancement Act, a joint resolution, the matter
				after the resolving clause of which is as follows: <quote>That the Congress
				does not favor the subsequent arrangement to the Agreement for Cooperation
				Between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of
				India Concerning Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy that was transmitted to
				Congress by the President on September 10, 2008.</quote>,</text>
						</paragraph><quoted-block-continuation-text quoted-block-continuation-text-level="subsection">with the
				date</quoted-block-continuation-text><after-quoted-block>;
				and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
				</paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id44917FA4129F4248BC70BF81B2155D84"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in paragraph
			 (4)—</text>
					<subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idF837FDF989354B3E8CD5E88D9D341598"><enum>(A)</enum><text>by inserting
			 after <quote>45 days after its introduction</quote> the following <quote>(or in
			 the case of a joint resolution related to a subsequent arrangement under
			 section 201 of the United States-India Nuclear Cooperation Approval and
			 Nonproliferation Enhancement Act, 15 days after its introduction)</quote>;
			 and</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id6CC8EB20983A4C12A9AE6BC6E9E6D0D3"><enum>(B)</enum><text>by inserting
			 after <quote>45-day period</quote> the following: <quote>(or in the case of a
			 joint resolution related to a subsequent arrangement under section 201 of the
			 United States-India Nuclear Cooperation Approval and Nonproliferation
			 Enhancement Act, 15-day period)</quote>.</text>
