		<official-title display="yes">To amend title 38, United States Code, to
		  direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide comprehensive health care
		  to children of Vietnam veterans born with Spina Bifida, and for other
		  purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="HFC7D87D7CFA94C26B3D610FE2DD4F855" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Spina Bifida Health Care Program
			 Expansion Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H39F33CC44EF24080BCDF6444295DDFD3"><enum>2.</enum><header>Provision of
			 comprehensive health care by Secretary of Veterans Affairs to children of
			 Vietnam veterans born with Spina Bifida</header>
			<subsection id="HD6CD96AFCB6B408EB6F8BFB2A42B00"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Provision of
			 comprehensive health care</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 1803(a) of title 38, United States
			 Code, is amended by striking <quote>such health care as the Secretary
			 determines is needed by the child for the spina bifida or any disability that
			 is associated with such condition</quote> and inserting <quote>health care
			 under this section</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H538D635F7A9A4754A2DDF67D646713A1"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text>The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply with
			 respect to care furnished after the date of the enactment of this Act.</text>
