			 authority of the United States Supreme Court Police To protect court officials
			 off the Supreme Court Grounds</header><text>Section 6121(b)(2) of title 40,
			 United States Code, is amended by striking <quote>2008</quote> and inserting
			 <quote>2013</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="id78F30D01CCA0441CBDCFCCE3D1AD2408"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Counselor to
			 the Chief Justice</header>
				<paragraph id="idA5DFF970476E452294960E6FECB5A159"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Office of
			 Federal judicial administration</header><text>Section 133(b)(2) of title 28,
			 United States Code, is amended by striking <quote>administrative
			 assistant</quote> and inserting <quote>Counselor</quote>.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="idED856CA4D766413AA5328F033F0273C2"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Judicial
			 official</header><text>Section 376(a) of title 28, United States Code, is
			 amended—</text>
					<subparagraph id="id98507EA4E8944F36BA89F7D2F30A1D98"><enum>(A)</enum><text>in paragraph
			 (1)(E), by striking <quote>an administrative assistant</quote> and inserting
			 <quote>a Counselor</quote>; and</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id0083CAE201164EF4AD39C5187E09E553"><enum>(B)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in paragraph (2)(E), by striking <quote>an
			 administrative assistant</quote> and inserting <quote>a
			 Counselor</quote>.</text>
					</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idDE092CCDC9A7422E93C83B8E9274D211"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Administrative
			 Assistant to the Chief Justice</header>
					<subparagraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idDEFF0CFEDBD440B38D88C79B9201FF88"><enum>(A)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>Section 677 of title 28, United States Code, is
			 amended—</text>
						<clause commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idB5EF41AD16EA49CF8CEDDABACC27B550"><enum>(i)</enum><text>in the section
			 heading, by striking <quote><header-in-text level="section" style="USC">Administrative Assistant</header-in-text></quote> and inserting
			 <quote><header-in-text level="section" style="USC">Counselor</header-in-text></quote>;</text>
						</clause><clause commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idDE1700BAC05E4D3CAEAE8FB33E7CA6BD"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>in subsection
			 (a)—</text>
							<subclause commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id2B48EC2D5D3E47D6A7DAC2614EEB28C3"><enum>(I)</enum><text>in the first
			 sentence, by striking <quote>an Administrative Assistant</quote> and inserting
			 <quote>a Counselor</quote>; and</text>
							</subclause><subclause commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idA0EEBC8D30034E7A957D8EECA3B9F315"><enum>(II)</enum><text>in the second
			 and third sentences, by striking <quote>Administrative Assistant</quote> each
			 place that term appears and inserting <quote>Counselor</quote>; and</text>
							</subclause></clause><clause commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id72B5E269B57443E982318694E0B112F8"><enum>(iii)</enum><text>in subsections
			 (b) and (c), by striking <quote>Administrative Assistant</quote> each place
			 that term appears and inserting <quote>Counselor</quote>.</text>
