		<official-title>To amend the Dayton Aviation Heritage Preservation Act of
		  1992 to add sites to the Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historical Park, and
		  for other purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="idA396F097853746C8B2E51EEE65207F18" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may cited as the <quote>Dayton
			 Aviation National Historical Park Expansion Act</quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="id5FBA2679008B479F86BC13E2E8CC990E"><enum>2.</enum><header>Inclusion of
			 additional areas</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 101
			 of the Dayton Aviation Heritage Preservation Act of 1992 (16 U.S.C. 410ww) is
			 amended by adding at the end the following:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H298C775C45414392A61EA07370F11E6E" style="OLC">
				<subsection id="H6CB520F9F68F4F328D50F2DBBB5E799"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Additional
				sites</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In addition to the
				sites described in subsection (b), the park shall consist of the following
				sites, as generally depicted on the map entitled <quote>Dayton Aviation
				Heritage National Historical Park</quote>, numbered 362/80,013, and dated May
				2008:</text>
					<paragraph id="H99B511F1D19F4240A863F6D5E522D9C7"><enum>(1)</enum><text>Hawthorn Hill,
				Oakwood, Ohio.</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="H72661E9F20CE4D30A9299916905B79A0"><enum>(2)</enum><text>The Wright Company
				factory and associated land and buildings, Dayton,
				Ohio.</text>
					</paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
		</section><section id="H0D3238AC9B394797BFFF3353702F1335"><enum>3.</enum><header>Protection of
			 historic properties</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section
			 102 of the Dayton Aviation Heritage Preservation Act of 1992 (16 U.S.C.
			 410ww–1) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="HF707D4E3AE80498582EF97005624BED"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in
			 subsection (a), by inserting <quote>Hawthorn Hill, the Wright Company
			 factory,</quote> after <quote>, acquire</quote>; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H9EA0488E316C4D418B6BE1811FB2DF2E"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking
			 subsection (b) and inserting the following:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id3AC248B435A440439CF847A5A031D7A0" style="OLC">
					<subsection id="IDf68406986394451ab3942bcad39423d9"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Cooperative
				agreements</header>
						<paragraph id="idEE43172065974D39AAF790BE9E540C60"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In
				general</header><text>The Secretary may enter into cooperative agreements with
				other Federal agencies, States, local units of governments, and private
				interests and organizations relating to the preservation, development, use, and
				interpretation of properties within the boundaries of the park in order to
				contribute to the appropriate use and management of the properties, consistent
				with the purposes of this Act.</text>
						</paragraph><paragraph id="idE7308DF4B50C4D5C8A7462E66EB571C7"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Operation of
				hawthorn hill</header><text>The Secretary may enter into a cooperative
				agreement with 1 or more partners, including the Wright Family
				Foundation—</text>
							<subparagraph id="id88FBB642F1D643C8958ED59089C8329F"><enum>(A)</enum><text>to operate and
				provide programming for Hawthorn Hill; and</text>
							</subparagraph><subparagraph id="id7149F8044B634B71BDA3B3FD9538CB64"><enum>(B)</enum><text>notwithstanding
				any other provision of law, to charge reasonable fees relating to the use of,
				or access to, Hawthorn Hill, which may be used to defray the costs of park
				operation and programming.</text>
							</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="id75F1356FAC544546A151CB60A1D7EE3C"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Requirements</header><text>Cooperative
				agreements under this section shall provide, as appropriate, that—</text>
							<subparagraph id="ID6475e0477e9a4b77b45b31e32679de31"><enum>(A)</enum><text>the public may
				have access to any property at specified reasonable times for purposes
				of—</text>
								<clause id="idD1928EC978204EC78AFACA8EEA8D0063"><enum>(i)</enum><text>viewing the
				property or the exhibits; or</text>
								</clause><clause id="idE69573E286594F918C4B268B42427317"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>attending
				programs established by the Secretary under this subsection; and</text>
								</clause></subparagraph><subparagraph id="IDe137ad81a0a24426a1d6437b3e1b0440"><enum>(B)</enum><text>the Secretary may
				make any improvements to the property as the Secretary, after consultation with
				the Aviation Heritage Foundation, determines to be necessary to enhance the
				public use and enjoyment of the property and
				programs.</text>
							</subparagraph></paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
