		<official-title>To require lobbyists who represent foreign politicians or
		  political parties and foreign entities to register under the Foreign Agents
		  Registration Act of 1938. </official-title>

			 title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as
			 the <quote><short-title>Closing the Foreign Lobbying
			 Loophole Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="id9B04F806976C4DE7B200F847E17BDA63"><enum>2.</enum><header>Registration
			 requirement</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 3 of the
			 Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938 (22 U.S.C. 613) is amended by striking
			 subsection (h).</text>
		</section><section id="idFA5E456AF2FF439EAB5B5B97A8665348"><enum>3.</enum><header>Expansion of
			 lobbying contacts to outside the United States</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1(c)(1)(iv) of the Foreign Agents
			 Registration Act of 1938 (22 U.S.C. 611(c)(1)(iv)) is amended by inserting
			 <quote>or outside the United States</quote> after <quote>within the United
			 States</quote>.</text>
