		<official-title>To amend the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2008 to
		  provide for the conveyance to the United States of certain non-Federal land to
		  be used by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs for the construction of a veterans
		  medical facility. </official-title>

		<section id="idD7966753E5A3429EBC133AD5CB90281E" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Conveyance of certain
			 non-Federal land</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 410
			 of title IV of division I of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2008 (Public
			 Law 110–161; 121 Stat. 2276) is amended to read as follows:</text>

				<section id="id9DE5778207224791B697BF240022B4BD" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>410.</enum><header>Conveyance of
				certain non-Federal land</header>
					<subsection id="idB5363C780EBD42E993C4A2E708213AF3"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Definitions</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In this section:</text>
						<paragraph id="idE1B9C2B329334081854D851AC4A2590E"><enum>(1)</enum><header>City</header><text>The
				term <term>City</term> means the City of Aurora, Colorado.</text>
						</paragraph><paragraph id="ID2f8d48b900be4843ab955de5820144b9"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Deed</header><text>The
				term <term>deed</term> means the quitclaim deed—</text>
							<subparagraph id="ID515385f646c147288ca7408b639c5f33"><enum>(A)</enum><text>conveyed to the
				City by the Secretary (acting through the Director of the National Park
				Service); and</text>
							</subparagraph><subparagraph id="ID2e02b2670ab84e6db95a0833b6256c2e"><enum>(B)</enum><text>dated May 24,
				1999.</text>
							</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="IDa5250e26f85945d59ed9e8a6a2bf4541"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Non-Federal
				land</header><text>The term <term>non-Federal land</term> means—</text>
							<subparagraph id="IDd891581128fa41a4821e255a5d14258e"><enum>(A)</enum><text>parcel I of the
				former United States Army Garrison Fitzsimons, Adams County, Colorado, as more
				specifically described in the deed; and</text>
							</subparagraph><subparagraph id="ID242ee502737f4d4d840316546f0fdc99"><enum>(B)</enum><text>the parcel of
				land described in the deed.</text>
							</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="IDddb6835fb29b4379bf6fc1c8a7e1811c"><enum>(4)</enum><header>Secretary</header><text>The
				term <term>Secretary</term> means the Secretary of the Interior.</text>
						</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="idE3610E5DB1E94F499F3CE8A97D00BED9"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Duty of
				Secretary</header><text>To allow the City to convey by donation to the United
				States the non-Federal land to be used by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs for
				the construction of a veterans medical facility, not later than 60 days after
				the date of enactment of this section, the Secretary shall execute each
				instrument that is necessary to release all rights, conditions, and
				restrictions retained by the United States in and to the non-Federal land
				conveyed in the
				deed.</text>
