		<section id="HEDA1361325EB4FAD858DBAA4859CFA92" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Vaccines for Children Access Act of
			 2008</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section commented="no" id="HA2B0BC09B76542B8A9D01FF43F500400"><enum>2.</enum><header>Inclusion of all
			 public clinics for distribution of pediatric vaccines under
			 Medicaid</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section
			 1928(b)(2)(A)(iii)(I) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C.
			 1396s(b)(2)(A)(iii)(I)) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph commented="no" id="HBFE1A32071624BFAAAC6C63CAED7EDF"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>or a rural health clinic</quote> and inserting <quote>, a rural health
			 clinic</quote>; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph commented="no" id="H37BC9E393FF34B18AE877183167B79C8"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by inserting
			 <quote>or a public health clinic,</quote> after
			 <quote>1905(l)(1)),</quote>.</text>
