		<section id="id70EA73668BD44AF19336BBD3F3818DC4" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Protection of privacy and
			 security concerns in court records</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 7268 of title 38, United States
			 Code, is amended by adding a new section (c) as follows:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id9EF83338978D46949CD3E39A2D99D669" style="OLC">
				<subsection id="id610AC84977FC46A48A5D8218C5B41A12"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Privacy and
				security of electronic filings</header><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="yes-display-inline" id="id48B8DC6CD774481EB5F5BF39EB522AF0"><enum>(1)</enum><text>The Court shall
				prescribe rules, in accordance with section 7264(a) of this title, to protect
				privacy and security concerns relating to all filing of documents and the
				public availability under this subsection of documents retained by the Court or
				filed electronically with the Court.</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="id52988758028C460299EE62812C2195A8" indent="up1"><enum>(2)</enum><text>Such rules shall be consistent to the
				extent practicable with rules addressing privacy and security issues throughout
				the Federal courts.</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="id7C8B7A1EAF254D1CBE1D8CBAAAB8265A" indent="up1"><enum>(3)</enum><text>Such rules shall take into
				consideration best practices in Federal and State courts to protect private
				information or otherwise maintain necessary information
				security.</text>
