		<section id="idCF9890045A404FE5AA7EE285CE92C979" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Land held in trust for Burns
			 Paiute Tribe</header>
			<subsection id="ID592d3fc9000a442096a38f28f770fb79"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Land To be held
			 in trust</header><text>The Secretary of the Interior shall take into trust for
			 the benefit of the Burns Paiute Tribe of the Burns Paiute Indian Colony of
			 Oregon any real property located in Malheur County, Oregon, that is conveyed or
			 otherwise transferred to the Secretary if, at the time of the conveyance or
			 transfer, no adverse legal claim (including an outstanding lien, mortgage, or
			 tax) exists with respect to the property.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="ID12de7907dd064749a2b0486a7f04b29e"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Land To be part
			 of reservation</header><text>Land taken into trust under subsection (a) shall
			 be considered to be part of the Burns Paiute Reservation.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="ID2a5d319141c54a36b46f0f7257951550"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Land into trust
			 for gaming</header><text>Land taken into trust under subsection (a) shall
			 be—</text>
				<paragraph id="id3223054A891145FBBD17D90339FA1110"><enum>(1)</enum><text>considered to be
			 Indian lands (as defined in section 4 of the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (25
			 U.S.C. 2703)); and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="idCCF05C561C554314811DD7F8DE123269"><enum>(2)</enum><text>eligible for
			 class I gaming, class II gaming, and class III gaming (as defined in that
			 section) in accordance with that Act (25 U.S.C. 2701 et seq.).</text>
