		<section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Transfers from Senate Gift Shop Revolving
			 Fund</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 2(c) of Public
			 Law 102–392 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/2/121d">2 U.S.C. 121d(c)</external-xref>) is amended by adding at the end the
			 following:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id0B0AC5B6D9B941D889CD32C5030B57AB" style="OLC">
				<subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id1223A0A0E1E8471A9F1BFD35F1D81A93"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary of the Senate may transfer
				from the fund to the Senate Employee Child Care Center proceeds from the sale
				of holiday ornaments by the Senate Gift Shop for the purpose of funding
				necessary activities and expenses of the Center, including scholarships,
				educational supplies, and
				equipment.</text>
