		<section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short
			 title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as
			 the <quote><short-title>Garrett Lee Smith Memorial Act
			 Reauthorization of 2007</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="idF2803466A9BE47BDB491E8F7B6D02329"><enum>2.</enum><header>Amendments to
			 the Public Health Service Act</header>
			<subsection id="id15A89BEA3C02498FB6B33A0DC3CABC9D"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Interagency
			 research, training, and technical assistance centers</header><text>Section 520C
			 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 290bb–34) is amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="idF67D401B79C04BDD9A86EEE1B4F53801"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subsection
			 (d)—</text>
					<subparagraph id="id5A0D8EB8BB954195A41E11D9FEE23D8D"><enum>(A)</enum><text>in paragraph (1),
			 by striking <quote>youth suicide early intervention and prevention
			 strategies</quote> and inserting <quote>suicide early intervention and
			 prevention strategies for all ages, particularly for youth</quote>;</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="id3DC7F2E2A41E4498BEEAF7CBA8D8507E"><enum>(B)</enum><text>in paragraph (2),
			 by striking <quote>youth suicide early intervention and prevention
			 strategies</quote> and inserting <quote>suicide early intervention and
			 prevention strategies for all ages, particularly for youth</quote>;</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="idA1C77B4625F24FADAEA779CD277F049E"><enum>(C)</enum><text>in paragraph
			 (3)—</text>
						<clause id="id81A3EB99591348A4B63E7D0C7F892084"><enum>(i)</enum><text>by
			 striking <quote>youth</quote>; and</text>
						</clause><clause id="id7E93985F5C9A467B85787EEFF3F4D65D"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>by
			 inserting before the semicolon the following: <quote>for all ages, particularly
			 for youth</quote>;</text>
						</clause></subparagraph><subparagraph id="id4EC3EFA6201F4B6BA32288F5C8CF3C7A"><enum>(D)</enum><text>in paragraph (4),
			 by striking <quote>youth suicide</quote> and inserting <quote>suicide for all
			 ages, particularly among youth</quote>;</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="idEEEB03E73454452487CBFA95C2B1C94C"><enum>(E)</enum><text>in paragraph (5),
			 by striking <quote>youth suicide early intervention techniques and
			 technology</quote> and inserting <quote>suicide early intervention techniques
			 and technology for all ages, particularly for youth</quote>;</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="idC2900D70F03345278CC152B02E5602C8"><enum>(F)</enum><text>in paragraph
			 (7)—</text>
						<clause id="idFF524DB1F4804174A99143DD684EF91F"><enum>(i)</enum><text>by
			 striking <quote>youth</quote>; and</text>
						</clause><clause id="id5A73D42A0C2A4AAB9A8A0E7FE689985C"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>by
			 inserting <quote>for all ages, particularly for youth,</quote> after
			 <quote>strategies</quote>; and</text>
						</clause></subparagraph><subparagraph id="idF2B0369A104844AFA4E76D68D95A123E"><enum>(G)</enum><text>in paragraph
			 (8)—</text>
						<clause id="idAE2A6D602D834EB88AAC94387E51CD62"><enum>(i)</enum><text>by
			 striking <quote>youth suicide</quote> each place that such appears and
			 inserting <quote>suicide</quote>; and</text>
						</clause><clause id="idE579401E9FCF4E1A84B2329A56CBBAD9"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>by
			 striking <quote>in youth</quote> and inserting <quote>among all ages,
			 particularly among youth</quote>; and</text>
						</clause></subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="id0FC41578F57640B7A07738163D82F7C7"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subsection
			 (e)—</text>
					<subparagraph id="idD6BBA627BB944645AC597F918DF2B23A"><enum>(A)</enum><text>in paragraph (1),
			 by striking <quote>$4,000,000</quote> and all that follows through the period
			 and inserting <quote>$4,000,000 for fiscal year 2008, and such sums as may be
			 necessary for each of fiscal years 2009 through 2012.</quote>; and</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="idCF2C5580B3B54207BAFCF79E89E7E097"><enum>(B)</enum><text>in paragraph (2),
			 by striking <quote>$3,000,000</quote> and all that follows through the period
			 and inserting <quote>$5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2008 through
			 2012.</quote>.</text>
					</subparagraph></paragraph></subsection><subsection id="idBBC4299F694C4671BAF52484F838EBA0"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Youth suicide
			 early intervention and prevention strategies</header><text>Section 520E of the
			 Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 290bb–36) is amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="idBE7FF24863DB49C485AA9376A8689622"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subsection
			 (b), by striking paragraph (2) and inserting the following:</text>
					<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idE4A12572C9A64791B33E76F8F5F83E4E" style="OLC">
						<paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="IDBC65DE645B6149B6B3C67469024A4499"><enum>(2)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Limitation</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In carrying out this section, the Secretary
				shall ensure that a State does not receive more than one grant or cooperative
				agreement under this section at any one time. For purposes of the preceding
				sentences, a State shall be considered to have received a grant or cooperative
				agreement if the eligible entity involved is the State or an entity designated
				by the State under paragraph (1)(B). Nothing in this paragraph shall be
				construed to apply to entities described in paragraph
				(1)(C).</text>
						</paragraph><after-quoted-block>;
				and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="id7DE4C97D40A74C4F9FD3147AE1ED27B8"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking
			 subsection (m) and inserting the following:</text>
					<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id4907E9C3469440CC8A3A53443ADC3787" style="OLC">
						<subsection id="id3B331401AC54420190931A7E8CC27071"><enum>(m)</enum><header>Authorization
				of appropriations</header><text>For the purpose of carrying out this section,
				there are authorized to be appropriated $34,000,000 for fiscal year 2008,
				$38,000,000 for fiscal year 2009, $42,000,000 for fiscal year 2010, $46,000,000
				for fiscal year 2011, and $50,000,000 for fiscal year
				2012.</text>
						</subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="id0061105452F141BBBA4BEC3A27D6E335"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Mental and
			 behavioral health services on campus</header><text>Section 520E–2(h) of the
			 Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 290bb–36b(h)) is amended by striking
			 <quote>$5,000,000 for fiscal year 2005</quote> and all that follows through the
			 period and inserting <quote>$5,400,000 for fiscal year 2008, $5,800,000 for
			 fiscal year 2009, $6,200,000 for fiscal year 2010, $6,600,000 for fiscal year
			 2011, and $7,000,000 for fiscal year 2012.</quote>.</text>
