<section display-inline="yes-display-inline" id="HD357CCD025FE46DA9614DF865EFFEF94" section-type="undesignated-section"><enum></enum><text>That the requirement of clause 6(a) of rule XIII for a two-thirds vote to consider a report from the Committee on Rules on the same day it is presented to the House is waived with respect to any resolution reported on or before the legislative day of December 19, 2007, providing for consideration or disposition of any of the following measures:</text> 
<paragraph id="H92703A6D40444EC499F7478739BE405F"><enum>(1)</enum><text>A bill relating to the Children's Health Insurance Program, or an amendment thereto.</text> </paragraph>
<paragraph id="HF40F9E5D52D1436CA5378EBFBE7E02BD"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">A bill relating to Medicare, or an amendment thereto.</text> </paragraph>
<paragraph id="H4C1539D35A8F482088475FCFC0A7836D"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">A bill relating to the alternative minimum tax, or an amendment thereto.</text> </paragraph>
<paragraph id="HC4BDFB486F7B469390F504C2FE5B29C7"><enum>(4)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">A joint resolution making further continuing appropriations for the fiscal year 2008, or an amendment thereto.</text> </paragraph>
<paragraph id="H731D998B059F4ECFB09E41ED54DF712B"><enum>(5)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The bill (H.R. 2764) making appropriations for the Department of State, foreign operations, and related programs for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2008, and for other purposes, or an amendment thereto.</text> </paragraph></section>
