		<section id="H4EA05047128E4E77A9AE88114C2D0245" indent="down1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Referral</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The bill (H.R. 4037), entitled <quote>For
			 the relief of Francisco Rivera and Alfonso Calderon</quote> and now pending in
			 the House of Representatives, is referred to the chief judge of the United
			 States Court of Federal Claims.</text>
		</section><section id="H23BA89389AE94E5DBE4E35F8A8FAD9D1"><enum>2.</enum><header>Proceedings and
			 Report</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Upon receipt of the
			 bill under section 1, the chief judge shall—</text>
			<paragraph id="H533455E18FED4D1CB9C5DF7CDBCFBBC6"><enum>(1)</enum><text>proceed under
			 sections <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/28/1492">1492</external-xref> and <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/28/2509">2509</external-xref> of title 28, United States Code; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H5E869156E1B548839D5E1845A30875B5"><enum>(2)</enum><text>report back to the
			 House of Representatives, at the earliest practicable date, providing—</text>
				<subparagraph id="H272B108FB53E47DDB51C7FC31F1BF9FF"><enum>(A)</enum><text>findings of fact
			 and conclusions of law that are sufficient to inform the Congress of the
			 nature, extent, and character of the claim for compensation referred to in such
			 bill as a legal or equitable claim against the United States; and</text>
				</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HC90871F796BB4E50A6C704BEC1B74D3"><enum>(B)</enum><text>the amount, if any,
			 legally or equitably due from the United States to Francisco Rivera and Alfonso
			 Calderon.</text>
				</subparagraph></paragraph></section></resolution-body>
