<section id="H08C75C68AA2944BFB9DB12DD89D44D07" section-type="section-one" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>1.</enum><header>Referral</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The bill (H.R. 2124), entitled <quote>A bill for the relief of Adela and Darryl Bailor</quote>, now pending in the House of Representatives, together with all the accompanying papers, is referred to the chief judge of the United States Court of Federal Claims.</text></section> 
<section id="HFC0B99F4E00743659D08E4CAE09671C8" indent="up1"><enum>2.</enum><header>Proceedings and report</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Upon receipt of the bill under section 1, the chief judge shall—</text> 
<paragraph id="HE8628716A9544723A84B313C978D4045" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>(1)</enum><text>proceed under sections <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/28/1492">1492</external-xref> and <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/28/2509">2509</external-xref> of title 28, United States Code; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H7F857591C9C84900B7CC1300011FC574"><enum>(2)</enum><text>report back to the House of Representatives, at the earliest practicable date, providing—</text> 
<subparagraph id="H3B83551DC70B44289106FFC3F6156DA5"><enum>(A)</enum><text>such findings of fact and conclusions of law that are sufficient to inform Congress of the nature, extent and character of the compensation referred to in the bill as a legal or equitable claim against the United States; and</text></subparagraph> 
<subparagraph id="HBB577AABB2464BC6912C38A486D581BB"><enum>(B)</enum><text>the amount, if any, legally or equitably due from the United States to Adela and Darryl Bailor.</text></subparagraph></paragraph></section>
