		<official-title display="yes">Expressing the sense of the House of
		  Representatives that a postage stamp should be issued in commemoration of
		  Diwali, a festival celebrated by people of Indian origin.</official-title>

		<section display-inline="yes-display-inline" id="H813D27DE9B414C969114313B5712F050" section-type="undesignated-section"><enum></enum><text>That it is the sense of the House of
			 Representatives that—</text>
			<paragraph id="H8D02FFD05F784134B8AABD6992FA03F8"><enum>(1)</enum><text>a
			 postage stamp should be issued by the United States Postal Service in
			 commemoration of Diwali, a festival celebrated by people of Indian origin;
			 and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H0BB9EBC944DF473391D97B9CC1F16E7D"><enum>(2)</enum><text>the Citizens’
			 Stamp Advisory Committee should recommend to the Postmaster General that such a
			 stamp be issued.</text>
