		<official-title>To provide for the conveyance of an A–12 Blackbird
		  aircraft to the Minnesota Air National Guard Historical
		  Foundation.</official-title>

		<section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HC9CF8828049943F49EDDBFA808D0E7B4" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Conveyance of A–12 Blackbird
			 aircraft to the Minnesota Air National Guard Historical Foundation</header>
			<subsection id="HD2D7F63C79EA48E9946E99EEB84767B7"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Conveyance
			 required</header><text>The Secretary of the Air Force shall convey, without
			 consideration, to the Minnesota Air National Guard Historical Foundation, Inc.
			 (in this section referred to as the <quote>Foundation</quote>), a non-profit
			 entity located in the State of Minnesota, all right, title, and interest of the
			 United States in and to the A–12 Blackbird aircraft with tail number 60–6931
			 that is under the jurisdiction of the National Museum of the United States Air
			 Force and, as of January 1, 2007, was on loan to the Foundation and on display
			 with the 133rd Airlift Wing at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport,
			 Minnesota.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H7E1256E526A14C36A8A8173087201119"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Condition</header><text>The
			 conveyance required by subsection (a) shall be subject to the requirement that
			 the Foundation utilize and display the aircraft described in that subsection
			 for educational and other appropriate public purposes as jointly agreed upon by
			 the Secretary and the Foundation before the conveyance.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HB896D4C02C434415B5D7B868C4B8E8DD"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Relocation of
			 aircraft</header><text>As part of the conveyance required by subsection (a),
			 the Secretary shall relocate the aircraft described in that subsection to
			 Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and undertake any reassembly of the
			 aircraft required as part of the conveyance and relocation. Any costs of the
			 Secretary under this subsection shall be borne by the Secretary.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HA5EED876C3BA4B929972D9ED60E3DA83"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Maintenance
			 support</header><text>The Secretary may authorize the 133rd Airlift Wing to
			 provide support to the Foundation for the maintenance of the aircraft conveyed
			 under subsection (a) after its relocation under subsection (c).</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H29825257903543BA8D17C1F8FB4B1FFD"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Reversion of
			 aircraft</header>
				<paragraph id="H0F0F49801B3C4050A3BD00C4F14D9B3E"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Reversion</header><text>In
			 the event the Foundation ceases to exist, all right, title, and interest in and
			 to the aircraft conveyed under subsection (a) shall revert to the United
			 States, and the United States shall have immediate right of possession of the
			 aircraft.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H1EF369ADDE7143AE8BD451F007FA84B2"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Assumption of
			 possession</header><text>Possession under paragraph (1) of the aircraft
			 conveyed under subsection (a) shall be assumed by the 133rd Airlift
			 Wing.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HAB7D428EF54345A88EBF3309F1BE3C37"><enum>(f)</enum><header>Additional terms
			 and conditions</header><text>The Secretary may require such additional terms
			 and conditions in connection with the conveyance required by subsection (a) as
			 the Secretary considers appropriate to protect the interests of the United
			 States.</text>
