		<section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HF7496090728D4534ACFA2562A5B02E70" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>PILT and Refuge Revenue Sharing
			 Permanent Funding Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H84BD85BFD2454D59A6F237D6BB467EF"><enum>2.</enum><header>Permanent funding
			 for PILT and refuge revenue sharing</header>
			<subsection id="HA8BC2AE070A54E96A150633F90444463"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Payments in lieu
			 of taxes</header><text><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/31/6906">Section 6906</external-xref> of title 31, United States Code, is amended
			 to read as follows:</text>
				<quoted-block id="H1912641DE1B34B71A48D732EB22BF64B" style="USC">
					<section id="H5B02F3A3C1B644E4987EF47685E9DB00"><enum>6906.</enum><header>Authorization
				of appropriations</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">There is
				authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to the Secretary of
				the Interior to carry out this chapter. Beginning in fiscal year 2008 and each
				fiscal year thereafter, amounts authorized under this chapter shall be made
				available to the Secretary of the Interior, out of any other funds in the
				Treasury not otherwise appropriated and without further appropriation, for
				obligation or expenditure in accordance with this
				chapter.</text>

			</subsection><subsection id="H7DD3C241764A4DB3B821E7CFC293F22B"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Refuge revenue
			 sharing</header><text>Section 401(d) of the Act of June 15, 1935 (16 U.S.C.
			 715s(d)), relating to refuge revenue sharing, is amended by adding at the end
			 the following: <quote>Beginning in fiscal year 2008 and each fiscal year
			 thereafter, such amount shall be made available to the Secretary, out of any
			 other funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated and without further
			 appropriation, for obligation or expenditure in accordance with this
			 section.</quote>.</text>
