		<section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H404A63AD9B4B4E44BBC9A49495EFF7B4" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Marriage Protection Act of
			 2007</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HE717BF1D50AF462C95C6DCD6141C3E89" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Limitation on
			 jurisdiction</header>
			<subsection id="HBEB8FE73519748E48876FA15E6E2637E"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text><external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/28/99">Chapter 99</external-xref> of title 28, United States Code, is amended by
			 adding at the end the following:</text>
				<quoted-block id="H956B7308C2944821835BBB65EFC2847" style="USC">
					<section id="H828723FD36964D3D00A7E7257E0D38C"><enum>1632.</enum><header>Limitation on
				jurisdiction</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">No court created
				by Act of Congress shall have any jurisdiction, and the Supreme Court shall
				have no appellate jurisdiction, to hear or decide any question pertaining to
				the interpretation of, or the validity under the Constitution of, section 1738C
				of this
				section.</text>

			</subsection><subsection id="H2A412E504D994D2600F1DE212792EBF7"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Amendments to
			 the table of sections</header><text>The table of sections at the beginning of
			 <external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/28/99">chapter 99</external-xref> of title 28, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the
			 following new item:</text>
