	 following:</text></amendment-instruction><amendment-block blank-lines-after="1">
				<section id="id4972B3113293464DA555C97686E315E2" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Extension of Andean Trade
		Preference Act</header>
					<subsection id="HA9A934CD28374C709BD5725579F634F5"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Extension</header><text>Section
		208 of the Andean Trade Preference Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/19/3206">19 U.S.C. 3206</external-xref>) is amended to read as
		follows:</text>
						<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id434A3324878D44C8AC328C854FCF52AE" style="OLC">
							<section id="id500A056E1B124921A35E35AECE08F244"><enum>208.</enum><header>Termination of
		  preferential treatment</header>
								<subsection id="ID57c43e28307847c6a89e81be36db167c"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
		  general</header><text>No duty-free treatment or other preferential treatment
		  extended to beneficiary countries under this title shall—</text>
									<paragraph id="IDe33c90b68ad34db591a5a0fce279566a"><enum>(1)</enum><text>remain in effect
		  with respect to Colombia or Peru after December 31, 2009;</text>
									</paragraph><paragraph id="IDa74dda0a57424522af44cc353c2e03b2"><enum>(2)</enum><text>remain in effect
		  with respect to Ecuador after June 30, 2009, except that duty-free treatment
		  and other preferential treatment under this title shall remain in effect with
		  respect to Ecuador during the period beginning on July 1, 2009, and ending on
		  December 31, 2009, unless the President reviews the criteria set forth in
		  section 203, and on or before June 30, 2009, reports to the Committee on
		  Finance of the Senate and the Committee on Ways and Means of the House of
		  Representatives pursuant to subsection (b) that—</text>
										<subparagraph id="ID5ed76ba2ef764f6c8d674a412c66d14f"><enum>(A)</enum><text>the President has
		  determined that Ecuador does not satisfy the requirements set forth in section
		  203(c) for being designated as a beneficiary country; and</text>
										</subparagraph><subparagraph id="ID3897ba7e469340188ad2b0c9081fa4fd"><enum>(B)</enum><text>in making that
		  determination, the President has taken into account each of the factors set
		  forth in section 203(d); and</text>
										</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="ID9ef995b95d744d6e8b7c5bbb951c5b4f"><enum>(3)</enum><text>remain in effect
		  with respect to Bolivia after June 30, 2009, except that duty-free treatment
		  and other preferential treatment under this title shall remain in effect with
		  respect to Bolivia during the period beginning on July 1, 2009, and ending on
		  December 31, 2009, only if the President reviews the criteria set forth in
		  section 203, and on or before June 30, 2009, reports to the Committee on
		  Finance of the Senate and the Committee on Ways and Means of the House of
		  Representatives pursuant to subsection (b) that—</text>
										<subparagraph id="ID4447111a53cf42e18b8a1423ab59ec96"><enum>(A)</enum><text>the President has
		  determined that Bolivia satisfies the requirements set forth in section 203(c)
		  for being designated as a beneficiary country; and</text>
										</subparagraph><subparagraph id="ID4f7c7a3fe9384556883719693362296c"><enum>(B)</enum><text>in making that
		  determination, the President has taken into account each of the factors set
		  forth in section 203(d).</text>
										</subparagraph></paragraph></subsection><subsection id="ID274a074e09a24820b7b09e739f454548"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Reports</header><text>On
		  or before June 30, 2009, the President shall make determinations pursuant to
		  subsections (a)(2)(A) and (a)(3)(A) and report to the Committee on Finance of
		  the Senate and the Committee on Ways and Means of the House of Representatives
		  on—</text>
									<paragraph id="id2DC4EE8172734BEF807D11C06795B1AE"><enum>(1)</enum><text>such
		  determinations; and</text>
									</paragraph><paragraph id="id8A2AE5C4BC504793B3F0A2D461ADB501"><enum>(2)</enum><text>the reasons for
		  such
		  determinations.</text>
									</paragraph></subsection></section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
					</subsection><subsection id="H84B4A8453168450E954B1D3600CF37BC"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Treatment of
		certain apparel articles</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 204(b)(3) of such Act (19 U.S.C.
		3203(b)(3)) is amended—</text>
						<paragraph commented="no" id="HFE21DD3CD1E740FFB694722FD0A9F2F6"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subparagraph
		(B)—</text>
							<subparagraph commented="no" id="HF6DA32F8DD6C49B6BAFE7CBD572827CA"><enum>(A)</enum><text>in clause
		(iii)—</text>
								<clause commented="no" id="H18EA1F8597814387BC325F69FBB23B93"><enum>(i)</enum><text>in subclause (II),
		by striking <quote>6 succeeding 1-year periods</quote> and inserting <quote>7
		succeeding 1-year periods</quote>; and</text>
								</clause><clause commented="no" id="HB6F50F8B17CA41E7A2C18CD984FD122D"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>in subclause
		(III)(bb), by striking <quote>and for the succeeding 1-year period</quote> and
		inserting <quote>and for the succeeding 2-year period</quote>; and</text>
								</clause></subparagraph><subparagraph commented="no" id="H17D431B9CDB246719D4E82DD88E5FBA6"><enum>(B)</enum><text>in clause (v)(II),
		by striking <quote>5 succeeding 1-year periods</quote> and inserting <quote>6
		succeeding 1-year periods</quote>; and</text>
							</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H21D533466755496DA112812D3B25B1E5"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in subparagraph (E)(ii)(II), by striking
		<quote>December 31, 2008</quote> and inserting <quote>December 31,
		2009</quote>.</text>
						</paragraph></subsection></section><section id="H7D76C4CD5A0847078691D155D33BC178" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Earned import
		allowance program</header>
					<subsection id="HBEC6D2489BFC49B4AF548D33F958D64B"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
		general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Title IV of the
		Dominican Republic-Central America-United States Free Trade Agreement
		Implementation Act (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/109/53">Public Law 109–53</external-xref>; 119 Stat. 495) is amended by adding at
		the end the following:</text>
						<quoted-block id="H865862EDD1C347E8BBEBDBA7EEC355FF" style="OLC">
							<section id="HD409E31E3ABF4818B1E9887FD331D1A"><enum>404.</enum><header>Earned import
		  allowance program</header>
								<subsection id="HD939D90DFB7D47EE88498851F700723E"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Preferential
		  treatment</header>
									<paragraph id="HC4B935D0FC8943DAB26FF5007050B19B"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In
		  general</header><text>Eligible apparel articles wholly assembled in an eligible
		  country and imported directly from an eligible country shall enter the United
		  States free of duty, without regard to the source of the fabric or yarns from
		  which the articles are made, if such apparel articles are accompanied by an
		  earned import allowance certificate that reflects the amount of credits equal
		  to the total square meter equivalents of fabric in such apparel articles, in
		  accordance with the program established under subsection (b).</text>
									</paragraph><paragraph id="H9CF660D8EC1E424E8CA65E55F2B1862"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Determination of
		  quantity of SME</header><text>For purposes of determining the quantity of
		  square meter equivalents under paragraph (1), the conversion factors listed in
		  <quote>Correlation: U.S. Textile and Apparel Industry Category System with the
		  Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States of America, 2008</quote>, or
		  its successor publications, of the United States Department of Commerce, shall
		  apply.</text>
									</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H15F71527CD5B4CFF9955C5C167402F00"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Earned import
		  allowance program</header>
									<paragraph id="HB84A68661AC8409FA6A14699C72B7BCB"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Establishment</header><text>The
		  Secretary of Commerce shall establish a program to provide earned import
		  allowance certificates to any producer or entity controlling production of
		  eligible apparel articles in an eligible country for purposes of subsection
		  (a), based on the elements described in paragraph (2).</text>
									</paragraph><paragraph id="H11A30ACE9BF34C9090CF7684778315EC"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Elements</header><text>The
		  elements referred to in paragraph (1) are the following:</text>
										<subparagraph commented="no" id="H9FFC9CC7346342008FB96B63D3EBAAAE"><enum>(A)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">One credit shall be issued to a producer or
		  an entity controlling production for every two square meter equivalents of
		  qualifying fabric that the producer or entity controlling production can
		  demonstrate that it has purchased for the manufacture in an eligible country of
		  articles like or similar to any article eligible for preferential treatment
		  under subsection (a). The Secretary of Commerce shall, if requested by a
		  producer or entity controlling production, create and maintain an account for
		  such producer or entity controlling production, into which such credits may be
		  deposited.</text>
										</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H13B9F0AA93784A29A4C7C36C40033DF"><enum>(B)</enum><text>Such producer or
		  entity controlling production may redeem credits issued under subparagraph (A)
		  for earned import allowance certificates reflecting such number of earned
		  credits as the producer or entity may request and has available.</text>
										</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HAFBC47F81F0E47789380944137A1FDB5"><enum>(C)</enum><text>Any textile mill
		  or other entity located in the United States that exports qualifying fabric to
		  an eligible country may submit, upon such export or upon request, the Shipper’s
		  Export Declaration, or successor documentation, to the Secretary of
		  Commerce—</text>
											<clause id="H6CD43743ADE9489E8E971FDFA91600A8"><enum>(i)</enum><text>verifying that the
		  qualifying fabric was exported to a producer or entity controlling production
		  in an eligible country; and</text>
											</clause><clause id="HDF9107630ED9494DB0896B0000B7AE56"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>identifying such
		  producer or entity controlling production, and the quantity and description of
		  qualifying fabric exported to such producer or entity controlling
		  production.</text>
											</clause></subparagraph><subparagraph id="HAF33D0598A4749EEA4595643754041DA"><enum>(D)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary of Commerce may require that
		  a producer or entity controlling production submit documentation to verify
		  purchases of qualifying fabric.</text>
										</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H5D5E463EF0434725AAF27729BDE751AA"><enum>(E)</enum><text>The Secretary of
		  Commerce may make available to each person or entity identified in the
		  documentation submitted under subparagraph (C) or (D) information contained in
		  such documentation that relates to the purchase of qualifying fabric involving
		  such person or entity.</text>
										</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HA86B6DA7163C4308A4774178941B00A4"><enum>(F)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The program shall be established so as to
		  allow, to the extent feasible, the submission, storage, retrieval, and
		  disclosure of information in electronic format, including information with
		  respect to the earned import allowance certificates required under subsection
		  (a)(1).</text>
										</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H16664C9E1490488D00E8EF98A5D506C3"><enum>(G)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary of Commerce may reconcile
		  discrepancies in the information provided under subparagraph (C) or (D) and
		  verify the accuracy of such information.</text>
										</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H30514CC2BE534B5CB9ADCCF44CDBBC1D"><enum>(H)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary of Commerce shall establish
		  procedures to carry out the program under this section by September 30, 2008,
		  and may establish additional requirements to carry out the program.</text>
										</subparagraph></paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H84E40F67682F47F0AB2DEE14F5385E2F"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Definitions</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">For purposes of this section—</text>
									<paragraph id="HAED5866C9D8D4904AFBEBF3380005CBC"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">the term <term>appropriate congressional
		  committees</term> means the Committee on Ways and Means of the House of
		  Representatives and the Committee on Finance of the Senate;</text>
									</paragraph><paragraph commented="no" id="HF44950E535E64D5A977485F6B33020BC"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">the term <term>eligible apparel
		  articles</term> means the following articles classified in chapter 62 of the
		  HTS (and meeting the requirements of the rules relating to chapter 62 of the
		  HTS contained in general note 29(n) of the HTS) of cotton (but not of denim):
		  trousers, bib and brace overalls, breeches and shorts, skirts and divided
		  skirts, and pants;</text>
									</paragraph><paragraph id="HF2FD82CA5E0445EEBE4800BAC44222E"><enum>(3)</enum><text>the
		  term <term>eligible country</term> means the Dominican Republic; and</text>
									</paragraph><paragraph id="HB744C595D7624C46AC7FAC5CFD291251"><enum>(4)</enum><text>the
		  term <term>qualifying fabric</term> means woven fabric of cotton wholly formed
		  in the United States from yarns wholly formed in the United States and
		  certified by the producer or entity controlling production as being suitable
		  for use in the manufacture of apparel items such as trousers, bib and brace
		  overalls, breeches and shorts, skirts and divided skirts or pants, all the
		  foregoing of cotton, except that—</text>
										<subparagraph id="H6A2AB54390934A1AA319D4784EFD02A7"><enum>(A)</enum><text>fabric otherwise
		  eligible as qualifying fabric shall not be ineligible as qualifying fabric
		  because the fabric contains nylon filament yarn with respect to which section
		  213(b)(2)(A)(vii)(IV) of the Caribbean Basin Economic Recovery Act
		  applies;</text>
										</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H1D781F91C732402EB692E3192D4EF426"><enum>(B)</enum><text>fabric that would
		  otherwise be ineligible as qualifying fabric because the fabric contains yarns
		  not wholly formed in the United States shall not be ineligible as qualifying
		  fabric if the total weight of all such yarns is not more than 10 percent of the
		  total weight of the fabric, except that any elastomeric yarn contained in an
		  eligible apparel article must be wholly formed in the United States; and</text>
										</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H7B87509AD64B477ABB419CA2C2DC0056"><enum>(C)</enum><text>fabric otherwise
		  eligible as qualifying fabric shall not be ineligible as qualifying fabric
		  because the fabric contains yarns or fibers that have been designated as not
		  commercially available pursuant to—</text>
											<clause id="H2AD0BDBABA1945A9A57C848125765358"><enum>(i)</enum><text>article 3.25(4) or
		  Annex 3.25 of the Agreement;</text>
											</clause><clause id="H84F8D1E0C22E4821A42200C1C6459CC2"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>Annex
		  401 of the North American Free Trade Agreement;</text>
											</clause><clause id="HB052BA0E7F384992B185772C0339FB15"><enum>(iii)</enum><text>section
		  112(b)(5) of the African Growth and Opportunity Act;</text>
											</clause><clause id="H01BB7C544048483686AA7894E1F533B5"><enum>(iv)</enum><text>section
		  204(b)(3)(B)(i)(III) or (ii) of the Andean Trade Preference Act;</text>
											</clause><clause id="H0601C8251B684FB7A4DA00927E274F92"><enum>(v)</enum><text>section
		  213(b)(2)(A)(v) or 213A(b)(5)(A) of the Caribbean Basin Economic Recovery Act;
		  or</text>
											</clause><clause id="H8DCC801E0AE049A8BC1968BA16D87788"><enum>(vi)</enum><text>any
		  other provision, relating to determining whether a textile or apparel article
		  is an originating good eligible for preferential treatment, of a law that
		  implements a free trade agreement entered into by the United States that is in
		  effect at the time the claim for preferential treatment is made.</text>
											</clause></subparagraph></paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HD0CAE603D5D0452F8EE221138CE2FB90"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Review and
		  report</header>
									<paragraph id="H46E4CFE21DC44817B38D337BEEF2DCD2"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Review</header><text>The
		  United States International Trade Commission shall carry out a review of the
		  program under this section annually for the purpose of evaluating the
		  effectiveness of, and making recommendations for improvements in, the
		  program.</text>
									</paragraph><paragraph id="H8B5E8D3CA5F9445587C417A6D7C01EF"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Report</header><text>The
		  United States International Trade Commission shall submit to the appropriate
		  congressional committees annually a report on the results of the review carried
		  out under paragraph (1).</text>
									</paragraph></subsection><subsection commented="no" id="H6851343D64F84EF4A8D0B700FD94CDF5"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Effective date
		  and applicability</header>
									<paragraph id="H3F4D7695E4FC49889BED594777D84000"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Effective
		  date</header><text>The program under this section shall be in effect for the
		  10-year period beginning on the date on which the President certifies to the
		  appropriate congressional committees that sections A, B, C, and D of the Annex
		  to Presidential Proclamation 8213 (December 20, 2007) have taken effect.</text>
									</paragraph><paragraph id="H7835AD7F2EF645208F4475C02CA01960"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Applicability</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The program under this section shall apply
		  with respect to qualifying fabric exported to an eligible country on or after
		  August 1,
		  2007.</text>
									</paragraph></subsection></section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
					</subsection><subsection id="H3C05AF0ED9CE4B15ACFC670300E55185"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Clerical
		amendment</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The table of
		contents for the Dominican Republic-Central America-United States Free Trade
		Agreement Implementation Act is amended by inserting after the item relating to
		section 403 the following:</text>

		Opportunity Act</header>
					<subsection id="H19A4484CE0244FF1B0B0405805F96FE9"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
		general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 112 of the
		African Growth and Opportunity Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/19/3721">19 U.S.C. 3721</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
						<paragraph id="H714D4FE48734419288E4E47530ACA38E"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in
		subsection (b)(6)(A), by striking <quote>ethic</quote> in the second sentence
		and inserting <quote>ethnic</quote>; and</text>
						</paragraph><paragraph id="H5EAAB545979B42B1B7D27B2BA3432D65"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in
		subsection (c)—</text>
							<subparagraph id="H6241746FA0954E5DA194F0AA813C31F"><enum>(A)</enum><text>in
		paragraph (1), by striking <quote>, and subject to paragraph
		(2),</quote>;</text>

		  that had a per capita gross national product of less than $1,500 in 1998, as
		  measured by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development;</text>
										</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H43BC8AE2D1094955AA558D3704BC9F7B"><enum>(B)</enum><text>Botswana;</text>
										</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H3EA119A9581B45C1A0B6D8D24052D27"><enum>(C)</enum><text>Namibia; and</text>
										</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HB75039F6504A4088AD9D9F30713471B9"><enum>(D)</enum><text>Mauritius.</text>
										</subparagraph></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
							</subparagraph></paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H1E886834120F4F3CAF582CE673F26F17"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Applicability</header><text>The
		amendments made by subsection (a) apply to goods entered, or withdrawn from
		warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of the
		enactment of this Act.</text>
					</subsection><subsection id="H913C63C711EB499B8744A33368F72D03"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Review and
		reports</header>
						<paragraph id="HBB2A48275A7141DC00AD88D1EB6B034C"><enum>(1)</enum><header>ITC
		review and report</header>
							<subparagraph id="HFB62A1B6A9FC4E04B6E81F3081D361B3"><enum>(A)</enum><header>Review</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The United States International Trade
		Commission shall conduct a review to identify yarns, fabrics, and other textile
		and apparel inputs that through new or increased investment or other measures
		can be produced competitively in beneficiary sub-Saharan African
		countries.</text>
							</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H852365193E37452D0000DF1285AA5304"><enum>(B)</enum><header>Report</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than 7 months after the date of
		the enactment of this Act, the United States International Trade Commission
		shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees and the Comptroller
		General a report on the results of the review carried out under subparagraph
		(A).</text>
							</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="HC9ED1FA9EF6D48558D104600F82CD858"><enum>(2)</enum><header>GAO
		report</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than 90 days
		after the submission of the report under paragraph (1)(B), the Comptroller
		General shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees a report that,
		based on the results of the report submitted under paragraph (1)(B) and other
		available information, contains recommendations for changes to United States
		trade preference programs, including the African Growth and Opportunity Act (19
		U.S.C. 3701 et seq.) and the amendments made by that Act, to provide incentives
		to increase investment and other measures necessary to improve the
		competitiveness of beneficiary sub-Saharan African countries in the production
		of yarns, fabrics, and other textile and apparel inputs identified in the
		report submitted under paragraph (1)(B), including changes to requirements
		relating to rules of origin under such programs.</text>
						</paragraph><paragraph id="HEE8494A0B21C45C680C0904279E90F5"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Definitions</header><text>In
		this subsection—</text>
							<subparagraph id="H5008E00E522741C6B60521E4018409B5"><enum>(A)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">the term <term>appropriate congressional
		committees</term> means the Committee on Ways and Means of the House of
		Representatives and the Committee on Finance of the Senate; and</text>
							</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H2ADAEA077D344DB387A807E6ED74BE16"><enum>(B)</enum><text>the term
		<term>beneficiary sub-Saharan African countries</term> has the meaning given
		the term in section 506A(c) of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C.
		2466a(c)).</text>
							</subparagraph></paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H280F63FEA6954DA280A3F3DD1B5D9C3"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Clerical
		amendment</header><text>Section 6002(a)(2)(B) of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/109/432">Public Law 109–432</external-xref> is amended
		by striking <quote>(B) by striking</quote> and inserting <quote>(B) in
		paragraph (3), by striking</quote>.</text>
					</subsection></section><section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HA04B86BE70D243D1999594E865D8C742"><enum>4.</enum><header>Generalized
		System of Preferences</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section
		505 of the Trade Act of 1974 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/19/2465">19 U.S.C. 2465</external-xref>) is amended by striking
		<quote>December 31, 2008</quote> and inserting <quote>December 31,
		2009</quote>.</text>
				</section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H7CE6729339FF474AAC28C42293737DFB" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>5.</enum><header>Customs user
		fees</header>
					<subsection commented="no" id="H122443D052E74817879C56D18F7E4DBF"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
		general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 13031(j)(3)
		of the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (19 U.S.C.
		58c(j)(3)) is amended—</text>
						<paragraph commented="no" id="HCDFF302204C74C02A3E2DC1EC0136212"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in subparagraph (A), by striking
		<quote>November 14, 2017</quote> and inserting <quote>February 14,
		2018</quote>; and</text>

		corporate estimated taxes</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The
		percentage under subparagraph (C) of section 401(1) of the Tax Increase
		Prevention and Reconciliation Act of 2005 in effect on the date of the
		enactment of this Act is increased by 2 percentage points.</text>
				</section><section id="H6635CAAF5F57421E91E6BAAE08789746"><enum>7.</enum><header>Technical
		corrections</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 15402 of
		the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/110/246">Public Law 110–246</external-xref>) is
		amended—</text>
					<paragraph id="H7D2558DADC194BBC9113D1E35C134376"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in
		subsections (a) and (b), by striking <quote>Carribean</quote> each place it
		appears and inserting <quote>Caribbean</quote>; and</text>
