		<official-title>To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to include
		  in the definition of the term <quote>aggravated felony</quote> a criminal
		  violation committed by an alien who unlawfully entered the United
		  States.</official-title>

		<section id="H7117134A73914BBFA9947633CEB3DFFA" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Two Strike Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HC6C7781C223D41CD8EF730A7BFA1CD2"><enum>2.</enum><header>Criminal
			 violations by aliens entering unlawfully</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 101(a)(43) of the Immigration and
			 Nationality Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1101">8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(43)</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="HC15171D6AE1141EC84D1AA5FB7EC1965"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>and</quote> at the end of subparagraph (T);</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HC87BC08821FF46CAA6F1793E2F1D4CE9"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking the
			 period and inserting <quote>; and</quote> at the end of subparagraph (U);
			 and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H726F71C4DE6F489684992505CF30B771"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by inserting after
			 subparagrah (U) the following:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H6814B53680434D6D0074904E4970EDB4" style="OLC">
					<subparagraph id="H0EC58A1C8FF14CEFA9128DE5810048F8"><enum>(V)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">an offense committed in the United States
				for which a term of imprisonment may be imposed after the date of the enactment
				of this subparagraph by an alien who violated section
				275(a).</text>
