			 consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the

		<section id="H5C6A24ED0CD442E4B5477B29B5910931" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Elder Caregiver Support and
			 Information Enhancement Act of 2008</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H375F17B6375B471EA216343D37C345AF"><enum>2.</enum><header>Authorization of
			 additional appropriations for the family caregiver support program under the
			 Older Americans Act of 1965</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 303(e)(2) of the Older Americans Act
			 of 1965 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/3023">42 U.S.C. 3023(e)(2)</external-xref>) is amended by striking
			 <quote>$173,000,000</quote> and all that follows through <quote>2021</quote>,
			 and inserting <quote>and $250,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2009, 2010,
			 and 2011</quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HCE05FEAD2F2B477C8388CE4221347DA1"><enum>3.</enum><header>Authorization of
			 additional appropriations for the National Clearinghouse for Long-Term Care
			 Information</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">There is
			 authorized to be appropriated $10,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2009,
			 2010, and 2011 for the operation of the National Clearinghouse for Long-Term
			 Care Information established by the Secretary of Health and Human Services
			 under section 6021(d) of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/109/171">Public Law 109–171</external-xref>.</text>
