		<official-title>To require aliens to attest that they will not advocate
		  installing a Sharia law system in the United States as a condition for
		  admission, and for other purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="HFB06CF5147E74766AB3F2F787C083206" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Jihad Prevention
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H15B9B49388814A5AA75113005B1979BB" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Ineligibility for
			 admission for aliens failing to make attestation</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 212(a)(3) of the Immigration and
			 Nationality Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1182">8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(3)</external-xref>) is amended by adding at the end the
			 following:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H41225F8A3A2F47B089B3132714B3006B" style="OLC">
				<subparagraph id="H9E44CCD9459A45639BC20074440000F3"><enum>(G)</enum><header>Sharia law
				system</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Any alien who fails to
				attest, in accordance with procedures specified by the Secretary of Homeland
				Security, that the alien will not advocate installing a Sharia law system in
				the United States is inadmissible.</text>
				</subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
		</section><section id="H3A5141EA97874DE5A5BEF7007E4095CC"><enum>3.</enum><header>Revocation of
			 visas</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 221(i) of the
			 Immigration and Nationality Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1201">8 U.S.C. 1201(i)</external-xref>) is amended by adding at the
			 end the following: <quote>The visa of any alien advocating the installation of
			 a Sharia law system in the United States shall be revoked.</quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H4DDDF9A7B1FC488D00FF77CC4301CA46"><enum>4.</enum><header>Revocation of
			 naturalization</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 340(a)
			 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1451">8 U.S.C. 1451(a)</external-xref>) is amended by
			 inserting after the first sentence the following: <quote>Advocating the
			 installation of a Sharia law system in the United States shall constitute a
			 ground for revocation of a person’s naturalization under this
			 subsection.</quote>.</text>
