<section id="H21396D16AD5648D4A33346B6BAD76113" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Quarterly reports on vacancies in mental health professional positions at Department of Veterans Affairs medical facilities</header>
<subsection id="HB5D62CC526824BD8AEE540B03739F0C8"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Quarterly reports required</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subchapter I of <external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/38/74">chapter 74</external-xref> of title 38, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new section:</text>

<section id="HC6646D771CAE4498BAE64994DF4DF6DE"><enum>7412.</enum><header>Quarterly reports on vacancies in mental health professional positions</header>
<subsection id="HAB743B162802469DB4837B8BFC6B9DCE"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Reports required</header>
<paragraph id="HEBFCE155BFF941CFBE1CECE8CE8050C0" display-inline="yes-display-inline"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than 30 days after the last day of a fiscal quarter, the Secretary shall submit to Congress a report describing any vacancy in a mental health professional position at any medical facility of the Department. In each such report, the Secretary shall indicate, for each such vacancy, the Veterans Integrated Service Network to which the facility with the vacancy is assigned.</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="HDB53CD7A6FF141229FEA4BD2FDF35800" indent="up1"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">For purposes of this section, the term <quote>mental health professional</quote> includes psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, marriage and family therapists, and licensed professional mental health counselors.</text></paragraph></subsection>
<subsection id="H1B598B2BBFE6475BA6EEE08EF82D7CD8"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Termination</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">No report shall be required to be submitted under this section after December 31, 2014.</text></subsection></section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></subsection>
<subsection id="H4A6B8366223D41D68FFB984B87F9CDB6"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Clerical amendment</header><text>The table of sections at the beginning of such chapter is amended by adding at the end of the items relating to subchapter I the following new item:</text>
