<section id="H247F629103334A949E877EE4BD92A41C" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Iron working training program for Native Americans</header> 
<subsection id="H26004BD9B2254886A200CEA3ABF100DF"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">To the extent funds are made available for this purpose, the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Bureau of Indian Affairs, shall annually provide a grant to an eligible entity to provide an iron working training program for members of federally recognized Indian tribes. An eligible entity that receive a grant under this section shall provide a program that meets the requirements of subsection (b) and may require such other criteria of the program and participants of the program as the eligible entity considers appropriate to further the goals of the program.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="HB1EC68BC483F492A965167C74D91F581"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Requirements</header><text>A program funded by a grant under this section shall—</text> 
<paragraph id="H459DFAB6690F44BBA40629FFC9AA4C5F"><enum>(1)</enum><text>provide specialized training in iron working skills to adult members of federally recognized Indian tribes;</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HA79A4781D6144F9881AFFCB2F7ECF13C"><enum>(2)</enum><text>provide classroom and on-the-job training; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HE31CD7E2C635419BA65686567106DBE1"><enum>(3)</enum><text>facilitate job placement for participants upon successful completion of the requirements of the program.</text></paragraph></subsection> 
<subsection id="HC1E3BE4326694CB2006FB698FB0064D8"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Eligible entity</header><text>To be eligible for a grant under this section, an entity shall—</text> 
<paragraph id="HFB6FC28080CA43548BD0A37F11BAA301"><enum>(1)</enum><text>have proven experience in providing successful iron working training programs to Native American populations; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HAE3EB30A594845F69E04EBF70682D074"><enum>(2)</enum><text>have the facilities necessary to carry out such a program with a grant provided under this section.</text> </paragraph></subsection></section>
