		<official-title>To amend the Water Resources Development Act of 2007 to
		  provide for reimbursement for costs incurred by the non-Federal interest in the
		  flood control project in San Antonio, Texas, and for other
		  purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="HBE1A8C5FDC284DFD98CCEBE025C7E19" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>San Antonio Channel, San
			 Antonio, Texas</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 3154 of
			 the Water Resources Development Act of 2007 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/110/114">Public Law 110–114</external-xref>; 121 Stat.
			 1148) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="HD1023A221C4640BF80072E98DF385DEE"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>The project for flood control</quote> and inserting
			 <quote><header-in-text level="subsection" style="OLC"><enum-in-header>(a)</enum-in-header> In
			 General.—</header-in-text>The project for flood control</quote>; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HE15D4C39431742CF9C77CDC9388BD1D7"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by adding at the
			 end the following:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HB8231DDB46F844A88500FE037F39EBAC" style="OLC">
					<subsection id="H60F033CDC567476098166F42DE70CC6E"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Reimbursement</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subject to the availability of funds, the
				non-Federal interest shall be reimbursed for costs incurred by the non-Federal
				interest that exceed the non-Federal share of project costs.</text>
					</subsection><subsection id="HEA2E98867E0D446CB4768BC882B2F91"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Cash
				contributions</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary
				shall accept funds provided by the non-Federal interest for use in carrying out
				planning, engineering, design, and construction for the project. The Federal
				share of such planning, engineering, design, and construction carried out with
				non-Federal contributions shall be credited against the non-Federal share of
				the cost of the
				project.</text>
