			 <quote><short-title>Prohibiting the Department of Labor's
			 Secret Rule Act of 2008</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H5D67F0A9A45B442DA5FD92DAFB08674" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Prohibition against
			 secret rules</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The Secretary of
			 Labor shall not issue, administer, or enforce any rule, regulation, or
			 requirement derived from the proposal submitted to the Office of Management and
			 Budget entitled <quote>Requirements for DOL Agencies’ Assessment of
			 Occupational Health Risks</quote> (RIN:1290–AA23).</text>
