			 such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee

		  Pass available at a discount to certain veterans.</official-title>

		<section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HB681264FF24E45FF9558D6C0A96CF3E7" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Veterans Eagle
			 Passport</header>
			<subsection id="HF7F93872E2B541638BE3039400FEC17C"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Short
			 title</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">This Act may be refered
			 to as the <quote>Veterans Eagle Parks Pass Act</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H2B413F1FC9D24086A2B681FD78AE6B41"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Veterans Eagle
			 Parks Pass</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 805(b) of
			 division J of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2005 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/6804">16 U.S.C. 6804(b)</external-xref>; 118
			 Stat. 3386), is amended by adding at the end the following new
			 paragraph:</text>

					<paragraph id="H4E3E5A15FAAB4127807FEE3C7362975E"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Veterans
				Discount</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary shall
				make the National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass available, at a
				cost of $10, to any veteran who was separated from military service under
				conditions other than dishonorable, if the veteran provides proof of that
				status by presenting a DD214. The National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands
				Pass made available under this paragraph shall be valid for 1 year from the
				date of
				issuance.</text>
