<official-title>To make certain amendments to the loan and loan guarantee program under section 502 of the Railroad Revitalization and Regulatory Reform Act of 1976.</official-title>

<section id="H6A56AE4297784F7BBA197FD55726FF75" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Back on Track Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> 
<section id="HEC9A77B04BB645C9927F41B7EDD863F2"><enum>2.</enum><header>Amendments</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 502 of the Railroad Revitalization and Regulatory Reform Act of 1976 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/45/822">45 U.S.C. 822</external-xref>) is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="H9FBCB1E3A8124A828B391D67FBC41DA0"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subsection (e), by adding at the end the following new paragraph:</text> 
<quoted-block style="OLC" id="H511089395E154C5C960026CCDBFC18E" display-inline="no-display-inline"> 
<paragraph id="H77B8D5902BAD40D18500A19B62C229CE"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Bridge construction or repair</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">For direct loans and loan guarantees for construction or repair of a railroad bridge in an area with respect to which a major disaster has been declared by the President under section 401 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act by reason of flooding or flood-related incidents beginning in 2008—</text> 
<subparagraph id="HF54140A332D54F5E9B6F99F253A70088"><enum>(A)</enum><text>the interest rate shall be set at 1 percent; and</text></subparagraph> 
<subparagraph id="H7D24DE6A5F11429DA2561E4D09EDDB65"><enum>(B)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">the credit risk premium required by subsection (f)(2) shall not exceed 2 percent of total loan or loan guarantee amount.</text></subparagraph></paragraph><after-quoted-block>; and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HBAB26EA2D476491F9EEB25F524A7E47"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subsection (g)(1), by striking <quote>25 years</quote> and inserting <quote>35 years</quote>. </text> </paragraph></section>
