		<section id="HD71C9767402E4652B6986EE500181D17" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Extension of authority for
			 reemployment of Foreign Service annuitants</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 824(g)(2) of the Foreign Service Act
			 of 1980 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/22/4064">22 U.S.C. 4064(g)(2)</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>2008</quote> each
			 place it appears and inserting <quote>2009</quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H5F8A16D3F1744F5287654F1269DF7EC9"><enum>2.</enum><header>Extension of
			 authority to pay subsistence of special agents on protective
			 details</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 32 of the
			 State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/22/2704">22 U.S.C. 2704</external-xref>) is amended, in
			 the first sentence, by striking <quote>on authorized protective missions,
			 and</quote> and inserting <quote>on authorized protective missions, whether at
			 or away from their duty stations, and</quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H702358AD710B49C795FB1D6E7E5E7FEF"><enum>3.</enum><header>Extension of
			 authority for Radio Free Asia</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 309(c)(2) of the United States
			 International Broadcasting Act of 1994 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/22/6208">22 U.S.C. 6208(c)(2)</external-xref>) is amended by
			 striking <quote>2009</quote> and inserting <quote>2010</quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H1E5697E7446D48E3889B924E8EEC592E"><enum>4.</enum><header>Extension of
			 personnel authorities for international broadcasting activities</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 504(c) of the Foreign Relations
			 Authorization Act, Fiscal Year 2003 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/107/228">Public Law 107–228</external-xref>; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/22/6206">22 U.S.C. 6206</external-xref> note)
			 is amended by striking <quote>2008</quote> and inserting
			 <quote>2009</quote>.</text>
