Extension of renewable energy credit for electricity produced from wind resources

(a)

In general

Paragraph (1) of section 45(d) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (relating to wind facility) is amended by striking January 1, 2009 and inserting January 1, 2019. (b)

Effective date

The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply to taxable years beginning after the date of the enactment of this Act.
