		<section id="HA517D462CEEC43928B4E167C93401860" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Naturalized Citizens Assistance Act
			 </short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HE5D1FDCE936B44FF95AA00F0A6049474"><enum>2.</enum><header>Amendments to the
			 Workforce Investment Act of 1998</header>
			<subsection id="HA3F3E718A72E4F9CA688A071560196AB"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Financial
			 literacy education</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section
			 203 of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/20/9202">20 U.S.C. 9202</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="HC55660DCDD624CBA95C43C45C0021BAF"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by redesignating
			 paragraphs (8) through (18) as paragraphs (9) through (19), respectively; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HDFF557256DEF425DB64DDE150699595C"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by inserting after paragraph (7) the following:</text>

						<paragraph id="H20C7376E938D43ABB7C61C9391453890"><enum>(8)</enum><header>Financial
				Literacy Education Program for Newly Naturalized Citizens</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The term <quote>financial literacy
				education program for newly naturalized citizens</quote> means a program of
				instruction designed to help individuals, who have been naturalized citizens of
				the United States for 12 months or less, achieve financial literacy through
				basic instruction on banking, retirement savings, acquiring and managing credit
				(including credit cards), insurance, income taxes, long-term financial
				planning, predatory lending, identity theft, and other financial abuse
				schemes</text>
						</paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HC4717C41E0ED4CCF9C74B28C6208C6B5"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Financial
			 Literacy Education Programs</header><text>Section 231(b) of such Act (20 U.S.C.
			 9241) is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>
