<section id="HBDD5DA28EFF14FF28097B3930995904D" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Transfer of real property of former United States Embassy in Haiti</header>
<subsection id="H6F429BC4006D4E56B1BC5D800162FCC9"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary of State shall transfer to the Government of Haiti the real property of the former United States Embassy in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.</text></subsection>
<subsection id="H26DDD591A36C4C3CB1CDAE3B8DE6216B"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Real property defined</header><text>In this section, the term <quote>real property</quote> includes the offices, buildings, and grounds of the former United States Embassy in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.</text> </subsection></section>
