Exemption for non-profit organizations

Section 3142 of title 40, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: (f)

Exemption for certain non-profit organizations

The requirements of this section shall not apply with respect to any party to a contract that is an organization described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (26 U.S.C. 501(c)(3)). .
