Short title

This Act may be cited as the Public Housing Disaster Relief Act of 2008.

Repeal

Section 9 of the United States Housing Act of 1937 (42 U.S.C. 1437g) is amended— (1)by striking subsection (k); and (2)by redesignating subsections (l), (m), and (n) as subsections (k), (l), and (m), respectively.
