			 general</header><text>Title 1, United States Code, is amended by striking
			 section 7.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H968C6AE27C1444DDAA53D2D199202142"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Clerical
			 amendment</header><text>The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 1 of
			 such title is amended by striking the item relating to section 7.</text>
