		<official-title display="yes">To amend the Reclamation Wastewater and
		  Groundwater Study and Facilities Act to authorize the Secretary of the Interior
		  to participate in the Central Texas Water Recycling and Reuse Project, and for
		  other purposes.</official-title>

		<section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HCE5779195C3646F582BB8F584035EA5C" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Central Texas Water Recycling Act of
			 2007</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H5768A92C4115490CA000CB885BF2C402"><enum>2.</enum><header>Project
			 authorization</header>
			<subsection id="H7F59CA98ABCB48928800D69000930170"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>The Reclamation Wastewater and Groundwater Study and
			 Facilities Act (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/102/575">Public Law 102–575</external-xref>;
			 43 U.S.C. 390h et
			 seq.) is amended by inserting after section 16__ the following
			 new section:</text>

					<section id="H967F220FFB1B49DD99E235D157E0487"><enum>16__.</enum><header>Central Texas
				Water Recycling and Reuse Project</header>
						<subsection id="H38975A6959444468ACEBC3C34FE08C29"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Authorization</header><text>The
				Secretary, in cooperation with the City of Waco and other participating
				communities in the Central Texas Water Recycling and Reuse Project is
				authorized to participate in the design, planning, and construction of
				permanent facilities to reclaim and reuse water in McLennan County,
				Texas.</text>
						</subsection><subsection id="H7184A96438314B70A3818495F7B1DF02"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Cost
				share</header><text>The Federal share of the costs of the project described in
				subsection (a) shall not exceed 25 percent of the total cost.</text>
						</subsection><subsection id="HB41760B55CE741FDBC25ACD56D04E5F9"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Limitation</header><text>The
				Secretary shall not provide funds for the operation and maintenance of the
				project described in subsection (a).</text>
						</subsection><subsection id="HC7EBA26B103541F0A02D3CC8BE7B1F2"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Sunset of
				authority</header><text>The authority of the Secretary to carry out any
				provisions of this section shall terminate 10 years after the date of enactment
				of this
				section.</text>
						</subsection></section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</subsection><subsection id="H9C1A4CF225C04CD482D165909F50B57D"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Clerical
			 amendment</header><text>The table of sections in section 2 of
			 Public Law
			 102–575 is amended by inserting after the item relating to
			 section 16__ the following:</text>
