		<section id="H7A9373800B4E4A7F93A11B20AD9BE5F7" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>HUBZone Equity for Distressed
			 Communities Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H64DA40D17BA349078429245CFCEEBD5D" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Equity for suburban
			 HUBZones</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 3(p)(4) of
			 the Small Business Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/632">15 U.S.C. 632(p)(4)</external-xref>) is amended by adding at the end
			 the following:</text>
			<quoted-block id="HD54D33C89BCF43EE99AA8769BCF01CA1" style="OLC">
				<subparagraph id="H1EAE917F5F764ECAB9F939F9A8065CE7"><enum>(E)</enum><header>Qualified
				suburban area</header><text>The term <quote>qualified suburban area</quote>
				means any village, city, town, economic development area governed by a public
				authority, district, or other unit of general local government—</text>
					<clause id="HF59CE94F2394422382B583FD249100A2"><enum>(i)</enum><text>located in a
				county that includes, or is located in, a metropolitan statistical area (as
				defined in <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/26/143">section 143(k)(2)(B)</external-xref> of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986);
				and</text>
					</clause><clause id="HB950B28D8F1F44B18152C343B07F158D"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>that meets the
				income or unemployment qualifications under subparagraph
				(B)(ii).</text>
