		<official-title>To amend <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/17/119">section 119</external-xref> of title 17, United States Code, to
		  allow the secondary transmission to any subscriber in the State of Oklahoma of
		  primary transmissions of local network stations in that State.</official-title>

		<section id="HD1950D0D16CD4715BB96086988001288" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Secondary transmissions to
			 subscribers in Oklahoma</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/17/119">Section 119(a)(2)(C)</external-xref> of title 17, United
			 States Code, is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="H61F6E6A081F04C2797B204A0B275132B"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in clause (v), by
			 striking <quote>and (iv)</quote> and inserting <quote>(iv), and
			 (v)</quote>;</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HA4A31E00AEA34FFD9636008EB528D415"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by redesignating
			 clause (v) as clause (vi); and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H18D0DD6DE3F941F09DAAC8B386A7DFD"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by
			 inserting after clause (iv) the following new clause:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HB5002734EBF44EA8AFF99DA57E9EF415" style="OLC">
					<clause id="H631A28A74A284027AFC537B581533FD7"><enum>(v)</enum><header>Subscribers in
				the State of Oklahoma</header>
						<subclause id="H331B8097D55D45EBA4F849A373628408"><enum>(I)</enum><header>Eligibility to
				receive transmissions of local stations in Oklahoma</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">With respect to any subscriber described in
				subclause (II), the statutory license provided for in subparagraph (A) shall
				apply to the secondary transmission by a satellite carrier to that subscriber
				of primary transmissions of network stations located in the State of
				Oklahoma.</text>
						</subclause><subclause id="H1755A05EDA434712BF06E35CE48EC39E"><enum>(II)</enum><header>Eligible
				subscribers</header><text>Subclause (I) applies to any subscriber who—</text>
							<item id="H05927E98110F4CB4A2ED3DAA12354021"><enum>(aa)</enum><text>resides in the
				State of Oklahoma but does not receive the secondary transmissions of any
				network station located in that State because of the assignment of the
				subscriber to a local market receiving secondary transmissions of network
				stations located in another State; and</text>
							</item><item id="HC229B567451849B99F7C009DCB59FD1C"><enum>(bb)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">elects to receive the secondary
				transmissions of network stations located in the State of Oklahoma instead of
				the secondary transmissions of network stations located in that other
				State.</text>
