<section id="HB941CDB67A844F0E942D23393E14C0F3" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Military Healthcare for Dependents Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> 
<section id="H0F29C5A0DFD542C68C10D95676ED0084" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Elimination of requirements for dependent to reside with member of the Armed Forces to be eligible for TRICARE Prime Remote</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/10/1079">Section 1079(p)</external-xref> of title 10, United States Code, is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="HCA1B6191687B402384B9DB65F67BE72B"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in paragraph (3)(A), by inserting <quote>or is not</quote> before <quote>residing</quote>;</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H14900A8112904805B37759D0F1C009C9"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in paragraph (3)(B), by striking <quote>, if the orders do not</quote> and all that follows through <quote>same remote location</quote>; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H0839E973504A4E2D9369F92C6732087F"><enum>(3)</enum><text>in paragraph (3)(C), by striking all that follows <quote>30 days</quote> and inserting a period. </text> </paragraph></section>
