<section id="H4F61B20D2F054D5280EDDC295FAA72C7" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Coordinated American Response To Extreme Radicals Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> 
<section id="H8494DC6FA40E4E04B494634D56B4D3C3"><enum>2.</enum><header>Prohibition on assistance for the Carter Center</header> 
<subsection id="H68C83A31A79541DFA1E0FE3D7BAC67B6"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Prohibition</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">None of the funds made available in any Act may be used to provide assistance for the Carter Center located in Atlanta, Georgia.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H0927372D3C8943EEAD3D5C52B7001774"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Rescission and transfer of funds</header> 
<paragraph id="HBC773792BE6540A785CFB78026B4F51"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Rescission</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">All of the amounts appropriated by the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2008 (division J of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/110/161">Public Law 110–161</external-xref>) for assistance for the Carter Center located in Atlanta, Georgia, are hereby rescinded.</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H0CADD0F0C6134702A3432995D2DC5B8F"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Transfer</header><text>The amounts rescinded under paragraph (1) shall be made available for programs to provide assistance to United States victims of terrorism.</text> </paragraph></subsection></section>
