		<section id="HC95AB30482A44EE38583167400039D11" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Reimbursements from the
			 Digital Television Transition and Public Safety Fund</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 3009(a) of the Deficit Reduction Act
			 of 2005 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/109/171">Public Law 109–171</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="HB9D3B8E16A914825AE2B85753B00A0B2"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>fiscal year 2009</quote> and inserting <quote>fiscal years 2009 through
			 2012</quote>; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H2996C40586B9478E92C77E1FE30082A"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by
			 striking <quote>no earlier than October 1, 2010</quote> and inserting <quote>on
			 or after February 18, 2009</quote>.</text>
