		  Bureau of Prisons to provide secure storage areas in prison facilities for

			 <quote><short-title>Federal Correctional Workers Safety
			 Act of 2008</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HCC0C6345ABEB48E987388B98D1A35010" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Secure firearms
			 storage in prison facilities</header>
			<subsection id="H02E492C719394BF7802DF85040A6F45D"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Chapter 303 of title
			 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H2D5AD24916B1430AA483755E00C7D411" style="USC">
					<section id="HA28C02FAE07C45AAA2005C0136144132"><enum>4049.</enum><header>Secure
				firearms storage in prison</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The
				Director of the Bureau of Prisons shall ensure that each prison facility
				provides a secure storage area for all persons employed by the Bureau at that
				facility who are authorized to carry a
				firearm.</text>
					</section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</subsection><subsection id="HE3B78A44175B4D029B35533F00C892B3"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Clerical
			 amendment</header><text>The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 303
			 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following
			 new item:</text>
