		<official-title>To amend the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency
		  Act of 1991 to identify a western passage of the CANAMEX Corridor in Arizona,
		  and for other purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="H8B3CC9F06E02409B94324974F43473F5" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>CANAMEX Corridor in the State
			 of Arizona</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1105(c)(26)
			 of the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991 (109 Stat. 596)
			 is amended by striking <quote>(26) The CANAMEX Corridor</quote> and all that
			 follows through subparagraph (A) and inserting the following:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H552CCEB1E16B4611B9B77900B576E261" style="OLC">
				<paragraph id="HED61A0B6EADE485BA5C45499000000BB"><enum>(26)</enum><text>The CANAMEX
				Corridor from Nogales, Arizona, through Las Vegas, Nevada, to Salt Lake City,
				Utah, to Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Montana, to the Canadian Border, including a
				western passage in the State of Arizona from San Luis, as follows:</text>
					<subparagraph id="H4BCA239721C249C6BB61905864F46309"><enum>(A)</enum><text>In the State of
				Arizona—</text>
						<clause id="HDF311D5D79F34D3FB5043F5E4BFA2FB4"><enum>(i)</enum><text>the CANAMEX
				Corridor shall generally follow—</text>
							<subclause id="H8E296F429D7A496CAA174E237DDB328C"><enum>(I)</enum><text>I–19 from Nogales
				to Tucson;</text>
							</subclause><subclause id="H1C04329DA77542D4B86D39FEA583AB82"><enum>(II)</enum><text>I–10 from Tucson
				to Phoenix; and</text>
							</subclause><subclause id="H0296B5E3E3EF4A61A6B93003CBAA1299"><enum>(III)</enum><text>United States
				Route 93 in the vicinity of Phoenix to the Nevada Border; and</text>
							</subclause></clause><clause id="H2578B7AE1CE2455BB0C6F5DF69CEADF4"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>the western
				passage of the CANAMEX Corridor shall generally follow—</text>
							<subclause id="H31CCD8CAC250419A9D3ECCB5601EDB"><enum>(I)</enum><text>State Route 195 in
				the vicinity of San Luis to United States Route 95 to State Route 95 to its
				intersection with I–40;</text>
							</subclause><subclause id="H1A40D7F21B2E4763B76B12A84442313"><enum>(II)</enum><text>I–40 to its
				intersection with United States Route 93 in the vicinity of Kingman; and</text>
							</subclause><subclause id="HDAF28D9C5F7E4E3CA37C47077E5DC663"><enum>(III)</enum><text>United States
				Route 93 to the Nevada
				Border.</text>
