			 hydrolysate at certain Army depots</header>
			<subsection id="H2A2ECAEB6D7E4387BE6E510080693732"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Prohibition</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary of Defense may not transport
			 hydrolysate from the Pueblo Chemical Depot, Colorado, or the Blue Grass Army
			 Depot, Kentucky, to an off-site location for treatment, storage, or
			 disposal.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H132A97183F6548E5A71BE0B365D27E30"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Savings
			 clause</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Nothing in this Act
			 limits or otherwise affects section 8119 of the Department of Defense
			 Appropriations Act, 2008 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/110/116">Public Law 110–116</external-xref>; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/50/1521">50 U.S.C. 1521</external-xref> note).</text>
