			 Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2008 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/110/161">Public Law 110–161</external-xref>) is amended by
			 striking <quote>$590,000,000</quote> and inserting
			 <quote>$661,000,000</quote>.</text>
