		<section id="H98BF4519247746E3A2E23FC7CEDC956E" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Coastal Zone Reauthorization Act of
			 2008</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HACB17C5187544018A4B32F12F1795FAF"><enum>2.</enum><header>Authorization of
			 Appropriations</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 318 of
			 the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/1464">16 U.S.C. 1464</external-xref>) is amended by striking
			 <quote><header-in-text level="section" style="traditional">Sec.
			 318.</header-in-text></quote> And all that follows through subsection (a) and
			 inserting the following:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H28BAC47BD67A458082C9A3AA81A91169" style="traditional">
				<section id="HD11005DCE2D549A3907B798B3CDB92F"><enum>318.</enum><subsection commented="no" display-inline="yes-display-inline" id="H15972F17D10C45FD00228CFF41572B1F"><enum>(a)</enum><text>There are authorized to
				be appropriated to the Secretary, to remain available until expended—</text>
						<paragraph id="HBBB7C8022E4840E0B37F9F9B8B23B07F"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">for grants under sections 306, 306a, and
				309—</text>
							<subparagraph id="H18505416A33745BAB400F24D77B33B97"><enum>(A)</enum><text>$75,000,000 for
				fiscal year 2009;</text>
							</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HAD535307B2ED4E45BDFA9E2988EE28AB"><enum>(B)</enum><text>$82,500,000 for
				fiscal year 2010; and</text>
							</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H5D03B62601C14B459C02C5CB47DA67C7"><enum>(C)</enum><text>$90,750,000 for
				fiscal year 2011; and</text>
							</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="HC018D1F095604412BE005CB9D4BE3E1C"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">for grants under section 315—</text>
							<subparagraph id="HD7D03C526D064F078B578307B7659102"><enum>(A)</enum><text>$18,000,000 for
				fiscal year 2009;</text>
							</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HDD2835432927414D8BAE3D40E87FC8B"><enum>(B)</enum><text>$19,800,000 for
				fiscal year 2010; and</text>
							</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HCA4754D63C3542E289B1B9C4A00000F"><enum>(C)</enum><text>$21,780,000 for
				fiscal year
				2011.</text>
							</subparagraph></paragraph></subsection></section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
		</section><section id="HAA67F99E40C8458AACFDF7417D75C83"><enum>3.</enum><header>Coastal zone
			 management fund</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section
			 308(b)(2)(A) of the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972 (16 U.S.C.
			 1456a(b)(2)(A)) is amended by striking <quote>1997, 1998, and 1999</quote> and
			 inserting <quote>2009, 2010, and 2011</quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H0964E2FA237D4F26AD5C63A702025D38"><enum>4.</enum><header>Coastal zone
			 enhancement grants</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section
			 309(f) of the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/1456b">16 U.S.C. 1456b(f)</external-xref>) is
			 amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="H7C934B3E620B4DB1BCEBEF918C893090"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>1991</quote> and inserting <quote>2009</quote>; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HBB2A5BEF4E5942CD9B8CE1C343A450D3"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>$10,000,000</quote> and inserting <quote>$11,000,000</quote>.</text>
