<official-title>To require the Secretary of Defense, acting through the Defense Contract Audit Agency, to review all defense contracts relating to reconstruction or troop support in Iraq involving any contractors, subcontractors, or Federal officers or employees that have been indicted or convicted for contracting improprieties.</official-title>

<section id="H84E9AB2D5BE54DBDA21F2F33ADE9500" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Iraq Contracting Fraud Review Act of 2007</short-title></quote>.</text> </section> 
<section id="H3682F1106ACC4B3988FE433E69880011" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Requirement for review of Iraq reconstruction and troop support contracts involving contractors, subcontractors, or Federal officers or employees indicted or convicted for contracting improprieties</header> 
<subsection id="H35EAE5CC1A08417BA6166905BFB35016"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Requirement for review</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary of Defense, acting through the Director of the Defense Contract Audit Agency, shall conduct a review of each covered contract to determine if the contract has been the subject of fraud or any other contracting impropriety. </text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H8EDFD414A0CA44A68695C6E24DEB5BDB"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Covered contracts</header><text>In this Act, the term <quote>covered contract</quote> means any contract (including a task or delivery order contract) entered into on or after March 1, 2003, by the Department of Defense, or any subcontract or task or delivery order under such a contract, if the contract, subcontract, or order—</text> 
<paragraph id="H2FB119A734F34B118CAA43F00873F30"><enum>(1)</enum><text>relates to reconstruction or troop support in Iraq; and </text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HCFA8ADA5939948E3BF8B5CD937A7736"><enum>(2)</enum><text>involves any contractor, subcontractor, or Federal officer or employee that has been indicted or convicted for fraud or any other violation of Federal law with respect to another contract of the Department of Defense relating to such reconstruction or troop support in Iraq.</text></paragraph></subsection> 
<subsection id="H0A7019416A6F4464B1FE93A97C2F6180"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Notification to Congress</header><text>The Secretary of Defense shall notify the committees listed in subsection (d) when the review required under this section begins.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H7323C24F47464D97B27C9983C43CFEEF"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Deadline and report</header><text>Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall complete the review required under this section and submit a report on the results of the review to—</text> 
<paragraph id="H605AF2AE02004515B7ADD6887E6108F3"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the Committees on Armed Services and on Oversight and Government Reform of the House of Representatives; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HECE074AEE4024239009C57006E33ABCA"><enum>(2)</enum><text>the Committees on Armed Services and on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate.</text></paragraph></subsection></section>
