		<section id="H0491982D109044ECA726ABB0EEFFD142" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Equitable Mineral Lease Revenue
			 Sharing Restoration Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H697D39F8C9DC45D5B11E44DD6900D3C2"><enum>2.</enum><header>Repeal of
			 requirement to deduct from amount otherwise payable to each State</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Title I of the Department of the Interior,
			 Environment, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2008 (Division F of
			 <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/110/161">Public Law 110–161</external-xref>) is amended under the heading <quote>Minerals Management
			 Service</quote>, under the heading <quote>administrative provisions</quote>, by
			 repealing the second undesignated paragraph.</text>
